As I study this ceremony, I fall apart...This man does not stop!! (Nor his WIFE!!). As giving out awards, when I saw Mrs. Scalia accept for Justice Scalia, I broke down; (I did recover after a few minutes), but at the very end, they wanted them to wait before leaving the room; so gracefully, Allen Page made his way over to Orrin Hatch, and proudly offered his arm & Orrin Hatch, gracefully accepted --- I just melted beyond recovery. I had to turn it off for a moment (on my computer~where you GET the truth, from those who do not lie, - I could not get over how these great men gave their all to this country & our CONSTITUTION!!
And, they called Trump a bigot for it!! Do they even understand the meaning of the WORD?!! I think NOT!! They are ALL sick!! All of them!! I grew up in the 60's almost idolizing Elvis,but this award should be given to a very select group that he is not a part of. Elvis was a bad drug user and womanizer and is hardly someone we need to give the Medal of Freedom to. Give him music awards,credit him for things he did,but lets keep it real.
He was a great Patriot and Served in the Military. He also gave time and his money to countless charities.
So we are going to scrutinize the private lives of everyone who has received a government award. 90% of them would have to be given back. Elvis was a great patriot.
