Bulletpoint makes excellent mounts. I use them too , I. Ny 2017 f350. My 2016 that I transport with gets the shaft though, they don’t make anything for 2016 Superduty.
I have the same mount for my 23 Superduty and love it. Why are you using a secondary GPS though? Do you know like using the one that is in the truck or through your phone with carplay?? Just curious.
The GPS is a model for trucks. I put in my height, weight and length and it will not take me where i can’t go. It also allows custom avoidances, has quick access to upcoming truck stops and rest areas, is fully functional when moving, allows you to easily shape the route to avoid something, and has live traffic and weather. Even tells you what lane is closed.
Also allows you to put in a max speed so the time calculation is correct. Shows upcoming weigh stations. Tells you what lane to be in for your next turn…which is a big deal when changing highways 5 times in a big city. Doesn’t require a cell signal like a phone based option. It’s always on the screen so you can see it, unlike the factory option. It’s just an all around better choice for Navigation. I see the factory one as the secondary. I never use it.

The 16 has a different dash setup. They make the flat universal Rubigrid for that truck as long as you don’t have the pup up storage cubby.

Factory gps doesn’t show height/weight/length restrictions. When transporting that is nice to have. RV or Truckers gps works best.
