Going from no seats to 44 is a significant accomplishment and has sent a definite message to the NDP, who must do better. The next four years are an opportunity for the Conservatives to establish themselves and their policies, as well as gain much needed experience for their new MLA's.

lol? And what did John promise to do to “fix” everything ? He didn’t even release a platform until 3 days before the final election. And after he released the education platform, it was quickly changed. His platform will add a further 3 billion to the 9 billion deficit EBy will add. That’s a 30% increase to the already high deficit. Who is crazy enough to vote for this guy? Eby isn’t good, but that doesn’t mean we hand the reign to a lunatic

John's speech is always touching the ground and focusing on what matters to the BC residents. I have to admit that BC Conservatives did not win this election disappointed me, but I also have to admit election is very costly. To a party that was literally nothing (2% poll) to today's scale (44%), it is already a big win. Hanging on the election process and figure out if it is rigged, might have some meaning, but it definitely cost more money to continue and might very likely not come with a different result.
For now, the Conservatives need to give themselves a bit cheer up and get ready for the next journey - which is holding the government (NDP) accountable to what they are doing. The Conservatives party also needs time to have a retro and adjust their policies and try to get more people hear their voices. It is possible the next election might happen anytime. The supporters are still the key to elections.

What will John do? He will will make NDP keep promises (ie Axe the Carbon Tax) He will keep on track to make affordability, housing, health and safety, drugs, top concerns in government. He will de rail NDP counter conservative values and partner with them when it does. That's all we can hope for in an opposition...for now.

BC needs to invest in Bitcoin mining with any and all of our hydroelectric dams. If there is ever excess energy being produced, instead of throttling down the production, they can fire up the miners to gobble up that electricity. They are the buyers of first and last resort for low cost energy. Overtime this could lead to the ability to reduce taxation amongst the people of BC as bitcoin continues to accrue value given its extremely secure and robust decentralized system that has the property of an incorruptible fixed supply. The discovery of Absolute scarcity is a paradigm shift.
