    Crocodile tears. It’s amazing that police are allowed to be afraid and make mistakes. But god forbid if an innocent citizen does.

      The whole way thru, all he kept saying is "this isn't adding up." A bunch of innocent acts of a man minding his buis. didn't add up to him, so he CHOSE to murder him. Just go to prison, already

    He might have been able to get away with, "oops it was an accident" but letting a human being bleed out for ten minutes without making any effort to render aid makes you a deliberate MURDERER

    After he made contact with the "suspicious person"; why didn't he make contact with the complaintant instead of going back to his car and staying in order to give the appearance to the complaintant that he was doing his job. There wasn't even a crime being reported.
    He came.. Made his presence known.. If there was a crime taking place I'm pretty sure the criminals wouldn't stick around and continue.

    Let's get this right..."I saw a Revolver coming up to me, thin in front fat in back. It was silver revolver, I thought I would die." It was keys. Oops." He entered without a warrant and murdered a man. THATS what happened.

    The prosecutor is horrible, he should have crossed him on the supposed weapon...he said he saw a gun, it was silver...did he see the shape of a weapon ( What was the shape of the keys after examination)..did he see a muzzle, did he raise his right hand gesturing that he had a weapon, why did he not command the individual to raise his hands ?,🤔 as a 19 year veteran? Was there any sign of a break end, even during his initial encounter....maybe the person that was in the House fell asleep and didn't hear the knocking at first, but came out after the shooting. He saw a text bubble but couldn't actually see a gun only after unaliving Mr. Hill...you can't make this stuff up😒 if he thought that the individual was acting suspicious, why did he not activate his body camera and take cover, if he felt his life was in danger? 😮‍💨 Commanding someone to come out of a narrow path on which his right side would have been against the vehicle, Mr. Hill was a man of size and had to angle his body to slide thru the path..after unaliving Mr. Hill rolling him over, noticing him having some set of keys in his word made a mistake neither him or his partner did not render aid due to policy and training sure put the Department on Notice 😒. These police do not receive Psyche Evaluations, especially those who have military combat training and were active in combat zones. These are walking time bombs with badges 😳, correct training is required, Constitutional Law knowledge as well as codes and basic law enforcement 😒.

    This is a hot mess...these police officers are allowed to watch the video(s) in advance, in order to spin their story, write narratives weeks and months after the fact. Delayed court because he has medical issues all in a sudden, trying to gain empathy for unaliving someone, who will never get the chance or opportunity to speak on his behalf. The other question is, Why did they not offer first aid? I'm sure they are trained for that , most certainly if not for themselves, their partners for sure and he being a vet, I'm certain.😒 Neither him or his partner offered first aid to a obvious homicide...You don't get an oops and unalive someone because you chose a high risk occupation! Even if he did have a fire arm, he did not brandage it in a threatening manner or show himself as being aggressive. No commands to let me see your hands, fires off shots and partner does not. Holler out conflicting commands to confuse you inorder to use deadly force. If all it takes is for an officer to see a weapon is justed cause to use deadly force, we are in a lot of trouble.😮‍💨 Where are all these 2nd Amendment Protestors?🤔He's been on the force for years and to add to boot, a training officer..😒 whoever he train needs to be retained and recertified.🤨 The prosecutors are weak in cross examinations..Cop friendly 🙄. This man will not see a day in jail..mark my words...System is Corrupted😒😔

      Well, to my surprise, he was convicted on all charges. There is a God 🙏🏾. Watch the Police Union Rep who was ranting about how other officers will be affected by this conviction and put more officers in danger, when the Supreme Court allowed them latitude to use deadly force if THEY FILL THREATENED...me speaking frankly, I'm not non empathetic to the occupation of the police and the dangers they face, I'm against corrupt, egotistical tyrant, coward, racist, violate officer and those who are complicit to them and their actions(s).🤨. One down and more to go with the system for which they operate under and those who orchestrate and control this obvious evil and corrupt system.

    This guy is a terrible cop. Everything he said Mr. Hill was doing was reasonable and barely could have raised to the level of RAS. Honestly, I don’t think he wanted to kill him but his inept actions lead to him shooting Mr. Hill unjustly. And no where in his testimony does he even attempt to take accountability. It’s someone else’s fault - his training, Mr. Hill himself, past calls he had to handle, etc. When you carry the great responsibility of being in a position where you can take someone’s life, you better know what the fuck you’re doing and be prepared to answer for every action you take. This guy’s testimony was clearly rehearsed and he did a good job at sticking to his points but the reasons for his actions that night is not what he testified to. He acted the way he did because he’s a terrible cop and blew things the things Mr. Hill did way out of proportion. He deserves to be convicted of Manslaughter and should never carry a gun again.

  • @gunnertequila
    @gunnertequila หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    Terrible prosecutor, missed several layups, including pushing back harder on the defense saying the victim was not complying because he didn't obey commands he wasn't given, but even worse that the cop didn't have the authority to give him any commands based on nothing but a hunch, needs reasonable, articulable suspicion to detain and then give lawful orders. It's probably because that's a common constitutional violation that prosecutors normally try to hide when they're prosecuting on behalf of the cops.

    It is amazing the way cops think. Incredible. Coy's had in his mind so convinced that Mr. Hill was up to no good that when Mr. Hill came toward him Coy saw a monster. Coy embedded in his brain, his mind, and soul that Mr. Hill was so dangerous that even when Mr. Hill walked casually toward him it was totally menacing. So menacing that whatever was in his hands would in his mind become a lethal weapon. Incredible. Now he is thinking all this knowing that Mr. Hill knew that he, Coy, a cop, was right their in the street. Amazing.

    What scares the hell out of me is they're hiring psychotics who actually see things that aren't there. There then given a certification, gun and qualified immunity. How do you give a gun to someone that sees something that isn't there. He keeps repeating I saw a silver revolver? There was no silver revolver, it was in his mind which makes him crazy as fuk. So when was his last mental evaluation. All I heard from his attorney was assumptions that the so-called perpetrator was doing something nefarious. Allegations without any proof or probable cause, at this point he's unable to substantiate any facts of criminal activity other than what he creates in his own mind, again he's psychotic he's going to have all kinds of crazy s*** running through his head.
