Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate, looks like a crystal in its natural form, but is usually found as a fine powder. It helps kill bacteria and fungi, clean out germs, and stop swelling. It is also great for fighting any disease from colds to oral problems and skin issues.
Baking soda is helpful when used for a short time, but if you use it too much, it can harm your skin and hair. Also, test it out on a little piece of skin before you use it, to check if your skin is easily hurt by it.
Here are some ways you can use baking soda to help your hair, skin, and body.
Fights acne and pimples
You don’t need to use chemicals to get rid of acne and pimples. Baking soda can do that for you easily. Because baking soda cleans germs and stops swelling, it can take away the signs of acne and other breakouts, and treat the cause for them at the same time.
Baking soda also helps the skin’s acid level, and helps stop skin from breaking out again.
Brightens yellow teeth
Baking soda is great for making your teeth shine. Because it’s slightly rough it takes away the yellow stain from your teeth. It also helps get rid of plaque by fighting the acid from this bacteria.
Just put a little baking soda on your toothbrush, together with your regular toothpaste. Brush your teeth like usual for two minutes. Do it once a day for a few days.
Make sure not to use too much baking soda, because it will take the protective enamel covering off your teeth.
Relieves sunburns and sunburn blisters

I quit using laundry detergents, shampoos/conditioners & facial cleansers, I have oily skin, & greasy hair, I always had acne on face/neck/back so I made my own shampoo bars with baking soda, I use them for my hair my facial cleansers my body & my laundry, I haven't had any acne on my face/neck/back or greasy hair & I only wash my hair twice a week my body everyday but I can't tell you guys how much it has changed my life the 1st time I woke up without a pimple I cried because I was so happy for the 1st time in 45yrs I didn't have a blemish to hide anymore

Do you have receipts to make this? Ive read that you can mix it with your shampoo but than you still have shampoo in it.

I've used this 2 times as face and neck mask, it worked so good! It was red after it, but I put a lot of oil and nightcream on and the next day my skin was so pretty! I've used it for my teeth too, also worked so good, it feels so smooth! I will continue using this all over my body were I have blemishes before I shower, so 4 time a week.
I tried baking soda along with my face wash. and my face got super clean in just 5mins. I tried same on my hands, it removed my sun tan too.
