Hi Ramya. I'm also a native south indian from TN. I was brought up with coconut farming,banana plantation, dairy etc. And the way you live your life is how the people around me in the west want to live too. There is no preconceived notions on how farmers should be. I'm grateful to the farming community of our country as without them the others would not survive. Your clay pots and cowbells channel inspired me to do my home in the same way too... I'm still looking fwd to learning more from you all on other aspects of village life which is a sustainable life(I've forgotten most of them). I know many ppl know English (don't bother about ur accent, many countries also pronounce same word differently) n still be attached to ur roots, they r the ones who may not choose fast life. You are so attached to the place you grew up in ,and the pride you take in your traditional, much valued family heirlooms, as also your passion to keep alive all the values which you have imbibed from your ancestors , is obvious I am truly happy to note, that you have kept your son sensibly away from exposure to social media. Many foolish people , obsessed with taking useless selfies and promoting their children through Instagram, Facebook, You tube. etc. don't understand the psychological setbacks it triggers , and the intrinsic threat it poses to their vulnerability by this sort of exposure . .After a point it can prove stressful to them by this process of constant, UNFAIR comparisons due to consistent , unhealthy competition . It inhibits, rather than promoting a healthy attitude to life. We love your village and your cooking utensils and all ingredients you use. My son and I, watch your videos together. He's a teen now n earlier was totally city bred kid with carbonated soft drinks in fridge and eating all processed food. Last 2 years, we have seen your videos regularly and this year my son bought a claypot by himself to cool water in summer. He drinks lemon juice with jaggery n water from the clay pot. He uses home made ghee when his lips chapped. He now avoids processed food and prefers fresh fruits n food. You are not only influencing adults, but also children. Hopefully u will continue to influence the kids into a healthier way of living.

Hi Ramya, i was flabbergasted to hear that people are leaving such comments on your videos regarding village life...sadly people's perception are so twisted where they gladly accept village life videos in a Chinese setting (where most channels are on rise and aesthetically created) but they refuse to accept that village life in India has also progressed a lot in modern times....we do have electricity, running water, Amazon delivery and high speed net. That simply shows our people do not keep up with progress made in the country itself. Using claypots, having paddy fields and owning orchards are a way of life too but most get undocumented or rather showed as fancy people's retreat. But please do not get discouraged. I am a city girl but have studied agricultural sciences all my academic life without having a farming background. So yeah for dear VEIWERS what she depicts in her videos are nothing false or fabricated. This life exists and people lead such a lifestyle quite happily just like you do yours.

Dear ramya, i am following your channel since more than 4 years or so. I am a person who doesn't even apply talcum powder on face. I simply put bindi, comb my hair and I'm good to go. I am a homoeopath by profession. Your channel is the one i suggest to my patients with skin complaints. I don't like to apply ant makeup but as i see your videos I'd like to try all of them whenever i get time. Recently i made a hair spray and it's good to use. This is the type of content we all need. Not some GRWM or ADIML or some home tours. You have lot of ancient ayurvedic knowledge. Your family should be proud of you and i am sure they really are. It is very rare to see your you tube videos filmed in a village. It is a blessing that your village has remained a clean untouched village as today's villages have turned into concrete jungles. Seeing you cook in a traditional gas stove remainds me of the past where we any of us can't do what your doing. You have kept the tradition alive. Hi Ramya. I'm also a native south indian from TN. I was brought up with coconut farming,banana plantation, dairy etc. And the way you live your life is how the people around me in the west want to live too. There is no preconceived notions on how farmers should be. I'm grateful to the farming community of our country as without them the others would not survive. Your clay pots and cowbells channel inspired me to do my home in the same way too... I'm still looking fwd to learning more from you all on other aspects of village life which is a sustainable life(I've forgotten most of them). If you don't want to show yourself on camera, please do not force yourself. Be as you are and don't worry about other viewers. You are showing a way of life and it's your life, so confidently show it please.

I like ur village, ur old style lovely kitchen, n ur utensils, ur farms n kitchen garden where u pluck fresh things. Given a chance wud like to experience ur style of living. I know many ppl know English (don't bother about ur accent, many countries also pronounce same word differently) n still be attached to ur roots, they r the ones who may not choose fast life. N yes no need to give much limelight to ur kids, this wud help their upbringing. I wud just say do what ur heart says n not what others want u to do. Many foolish people , obsessed with taking useless selfies and promoting their children through Instagram, Facebook, You tube. etc. don't understand the psychological setbacks it triggers , and the intrinsic threat it poses to their vulnerability by this sort of exposure .
.After a point it can prove stressful to them by this process of constant, UNFAIR comparisons due to consistent , unhealthy competition . It inhibits, rather than promoting a healthy attitude to life.
Leave them to grow uo naturally, and let them absorb the more precious aspects of life...such as, family bonding and the contentment that can only be enjoyed by experiencing the true sense of belonging , that exists only in close knit families.

I feel people have this Utopic idea of villages and villagers. There is one standard image of village life- poverty, grass huts, no food to eat. Not denying that such places don't exist. My son and I, watch your videos together. He's a teen now n earlier was totally city bred kid with carbonated soft drinks in fridge and eating all processed food. Last 2 years, we have seen your videos regularly and this year my son bought a claypot by himself to cool water in summer. He drinks lemon juice with jaggery n water from the clay pot. He uses home made ghee when his lips chapped. He now avoids processed food and prefers fresh fruits n food.
You are not only influencing adults, but also children. Hopefully u will continue to influence the kids into a healthier way of living.

Hi Ramya, i was flabbergasted to hear that people are leaving such comments on your videos regarding village life...sadly people's perception are so twisted where they gladly accept village life videos in a Chinese setting (where most channels are on rise and aesthetically created) but they refuse to accept that village life in India has also progressed a lot in modern times....we do have electricity, running water, Amazon delivery and high speed net. That simply shows our people do not keep up with progress made in the country itself. Using claypots, having paddy fields and owning orchards are a way of life too but most get undocumented or rather showed as fancy people's retreat. But please do not get discouraged. I am a city girl but have studied agricultural sciences all my academic life without having a farming background. So yeah for dear VEIWERS what she depicts in her videos are nothing false or fabricated. This life exists and people lead such a lifestyle quite happily just like you do yours.

Dear ramya, i am following your channel since more than 4 years or so. I am a person who doesn't even apply talcum powder on face. I simply put bindi, comb my hair and I'm good to go. I am a homoeopath by profession. Your channel is the one i suggest to my patients with skin complaints. I don't like to apply ant makeup but as i see your videos I'd like to try all of them whenever i get time. Recently i made a hair spray and it's good to use. This is the type of content we all need. Not some GRWM or ADIML or some home tours. You have lot of ancient ayurvedic knowledge. Your family should be proud of you and i am sure they really are.
