Dear friends, please try this, it is one of the easiest preserve you can make at home. You can use this in multiple dishes, you can grate it and add it to aloo filling for paratha and skip amchoor powder. Add it to salads, smoothies or make amla raita. Try to include amla in your diet regularly to promote hair growth. This recipe will help treat nutritional deficiencies that causes hairfall and also promote hair growth. My daughter's hair looks curly after hair wash. But once I use comb or brush, the curls became straight, searched to maintain curls in TH-cam. Hi Ramya...can you share some alternative for those creams/gels which are for defining curls after hair wash.. which will not hold them down for less dense hair..I have less volume.. but my hair is curls with waves..not typical extreme curls..

No, you don't need to change the water and you can reuse the water if you have finished it fast (within a few weeks) else make a new batch...

When u keep awala along with water, awala gets spoiled. Also putting awala directly in water also leads to loss to its goodness. This method is not correct.
It is salted water Ashwini, storing vegetables in brine is an ancient tradition that has been followed for thousands of years in all countries. If proper concentration of salt is used, you can store for a long time. And there is no loss of nutrients with this method....
