I could've mistaken them for a horn of Africa tribe like Oromo or even some of the habesha. They definitely originated in the horn. The style of dress, the weapons etc etc.

@bez1196,Yeah ,we do have Horn of Africa blood. But we are admixture of Nilotic ,Cushitic and Bantou. Both Tutsi and Hutu .we get tall & good skin from Nilotic, beautiful face from Cushitic ,good body from Bantou.

@eastafrucama..oh please speak for yourself,if you are mix that's just you.as far as history is concerned my ancestors never said they came from horn of Africa,they themselves said they came from very far north,their face and body is from themselves,got no mixture from no body,infact when i see the greatest pharaohs of black egypt like Tut or Rumeza a.k.a ramses i see 100%resemblance with our Rwandan kings which convince me that's the far north they talked about.

@ebenezermutabazi no that is not true,Rwandan dance is significantly different from burundian dance ,not only on the basis of speed or pace but also the way they use their arms&legs and the smooth move of the body,even the men's dance is different.
