    The video demonstrates how to make Goan sausages, a popular dish from Goa, India
    Goan sausages come tied together in bundles and are untied and cut into individual sausages
    They can be found in markets in Goa, especially Mapsa market, and come in mild, medium, and spicy flavors
    The recipe involves finely chopping onions and stirring them into the sausages in a pan
    A small amount of oil is heated in a pressure cooker or pan before adding the sausages and onions
    Water is added along with a pinch of salt and the mixture is cooked for 10-15 minutes or 3-4 whistle bursts in a pressure cooker
    The finished dish involves sausages cooked in a lightly spiced onion gravy

    The Goan sausage or chorise is a typical reflection of Indo-Portuguese cuisine from Goa, Daman and Diu, which once were part of the Portuguese State of India. It is based on the chorizo sausage, introduced from Portugal. It is made with pork and various other ingredients, which make it extremely spicy.
    Goa’s indigenous pork sausages have much in common with the chorizos of Spain and Portugal, but it’s a food we can call our own,
    Rice and spice: Goans have made chorise pulao for generations. It does not call for additional oil, and cardiologists are thankful for it.There’s chorizo in Spain, where they claim to have invented it and that is why it turns up in tapas. But some of the best chorizo I have eaten has been in Portugal (where they make similar claims about its invention). And as chorizo has travelled, its trajectory has followed the path taken by its colonial inventors. The Spanish took it to South and Central America and to the Philippines, while the Portuguese took to Africa and, most notably, to Goa (but more about that later)

      Final result you will see it After 3 whistles and after pressure cooker is cool down, you open the pressure cooker and it's ready.
      About Skin eating it's one own choice, some like to eat it with skin and some prefers to remove it and eat.
