Do you still consume dairy? If so, what motivates you to include it in your diet? COMMENT BELOW 👇

I don't consume diary, due to my genetic metabolic disorder. 😊

I was going to comment on the day you posted this, then I didn't thinking that this sounds like a bit overblown that it's bad. I always suspected something was wrong with lactose because I couldn't digest and to my tragedy the cheese today (not my choice to pick but an abusive family member) gave me issues which is why I'm back here to comment, but that day I was gonna say I like yoghurt and need it and I'm aware of vegan yoghurt alternatives, trust me, I would switch if those were available nearby me. I'm "vegan" except for yoghurt. That's the only thing I haven't done switching to yet, it's been a few months of being vegan but sadly I can't be the perfect vegan. So, I already know lactose isn't necessary and you are right. Came here to say because of stomach issues, nobody needs dairy. There's a group of native people in Oklahoma State in the US that grew taller without dairy, they were recorded as tallest group in the US at the time of colonization and they were bigger than Europeans, mostly vegetarian and hunters for meat. So the myth of dairy making you strong is well just that, a myth.

@@Briana16267-e it sounds like you are definitely doing better than most people. I did not go fully vegan overnight. It was a very very gradual process that took years. I did the switch to 💯 vegan almost 10 years ago after watching Earthlings movie. Another thing that really made me rethink the whole dairy was the book: The China study. I could not have any more dairy after that, it all just made sense, like a missing puzzle 🧩 piece that I found. So I totally understand where you are coming from, just do the best you can at the moment but aim for a dairy free future one day and it will happen I’m sure. 👍 I did not know about those tall people you mentioned, very interesting, because everyone always says that you need dairy to grow taller and be stronger, which is of course, big BS. Anyway, I thank you so much for your comment. Let’s keep in touch! 😊❤️🌱
