I think the explanation for this structure is quite simple. Like you've said in the video, this place does seem to hold multiple purposes. One namely being an amphitheatre for gatherings of different reasons. They could have used it for certain agricultural reasons or storage and staging are for other things. It's construction shouldn't have been all that difficult since it doesn't look to have dug out in its entirety. Just a natural formation that was later terraced by the INCA for their own use.

It still had to have been constructed by some earthly means which most likely included a lot of man-hours and tools/machines of some sort (that's the most weird thing about all these ancient structures) but I don't think it was impossible for that time, we just don't know how they did it exactly. My own take is that the INCA needed some sort of staging area for large gatherings and they had the means (tools of which we yet don't know what they are) to build it so they did. Now the other sites on Earth which include the huge 100+ ton rock blocks is a total mystery to me as only some sort of truly awesome machinery would have been able to move them, shape them, and put them in place. Why could it not just be for growing a specific plant back in ancient times and not anything else? The site was obviously a perfect location for a naturally occurring bowl which was idea for carving out into plateaus in a reverse wedding cake formation. This type of design was 50% more efficient for planting and harvesting than a conventional stadium bleacher design they also used. When you walk on one level to the end, it's also where you started, rather then having to walk the entire distance from the end back to the start like you would in a straight bleacher design. It's not clear from what can be seen, how it would have been irrigated.
Could just be a coincidence with regards the acoustic resonance properties. Could well have just been an excellent site for a seed nursery / crop growing, especially if it is indeed an extinct volcano crater and hence will have nutritional soil. Could well have just been an excellent site for a seed nursery / crop growing, especially if it is indeed an extinct volcano crater and hence will have nutritional soil.
Stepped terraces would be relatively easy to construct from the top down especially if the ground is relatively loose and easy to move. Drainage / crop protection from winds, would also be a benefit.

it seems that the environmental conditions of the earth a few thousand years ago must have been more energetic than it is now allowing for higher levels of DMT in the brain. to simulate this now, you can take high doses of psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca, or smoke DMT. under those conditions, acoustic vibrations like singing create visual patterns in 3d space which I'm sure that if science were to study it, they would notice that the patterns respond in accordance to the properties of the medium in a visual way.
so, for something like this structure to exist, it seems that the ancients must have been able to *see* the effects the sounds that their voices were making. this structure clearly demonstrates that they understood somehow how to focus it. I postulate that learning how to focus sound would be MUCH EASIER if you could see the sound -- and, you wouldn't really need to need to learn all the science and stuff that we know today around acoustics to be able to engineer something like that either; you could learn how to focus sound by trial and error if you could see it.

Seriously is anybody ever gonna throw some seeds, could be so much prettier full of local beautiful food plants, my my the imagination can't fathom the beauty if it was filled with indigenous food.... Could 🌽 like music? Maybe cuz plants do grow better when you talk nicely to them or play happy music, water reacts the same way (super interesting info on the experiments on that from a Chinese dude somewhere) this could be the reason the seeds react so well.
