Holy shit, this channel has insane production quality! It's going to blow up in no time!
Man, amazing content you create. Thanks! keep it up!
Even after everything you’ve said, I’d still be very grateful to get PAID to watch professionals play tennis.
So good....inside tennis. Next One should be how to be a referee at grand slam level. Id also like to see one on player amenities: food, physio, hotel accommodation
This is awesome. In a covid world however, the line call system once again has been possibly altered forever. Can’t argue with a robot calling lines. When players challenge now, they are almost always wrong
I heard a rumor that Damian Steiner got himself fired on purpose after securing a top tier position at the AAT (Argentine Tennis Association). All your insight on lack of job security and overall sacrifice behind a chair umpire's way of life makes it plausible at least.
As for the lack of ethics implied, let's just say it's not uncommon this side of the globe. People just feel a need to vent once they find a new job, and don't usually look behind.
PS: you have sick editing skills!
Could you please do a video about familiar tennis commentators from the ATP WTA and ITF?
Always a beautiful day when cult tennis posts a video
I love love love how u almost never fail to mention the 2019 Wimbledon final
Serena Williams' code violations are all valid tho
Her unwillingness to abide by substance protocol should've banned her. Privileged get perks
no
She's a professional victim
In 2004 she was screwed over at the us open tho, the balls were clearly in and they had no Hawkeye so the linespeople and umpire were just incompetent
cab amen to that, kinda wonder why her kid wont call her mom? Transgender?
Hopefully this gets up to a million subscribers, we need this stuff to grow the community, thanks for the content
This is such a great channel
I actually have a couple of favourite umps! Nouni, Asderaki, Lahyani, and Bley! Always good to see them umpiring important matches
It’s always a good day when cult tennis makes a video
You need to do a video on the effect of coaching on pro tennis players. Or at least the effect of a good tennis staff around a player.
i don’t ever watch tennis yet i find your videos fascinating, bravo
Another banger as always
You can't really watch the match while you are in the chair. You just focus on where the ball goes and what the players are doing. You wouldn't know how they have really played.
Great coverage.
Your videos always touch such interesting topics. Great quality. Love this channel!
Great video man, your Videos are always a blessing
underrated channel
7:48, all right that was pretty good...
The edits are so good
I watch your videos so see how snappy your after effects are, not super complicated but solid and slick.
I can tell you this as an ex pro judge. Hawk-eye made me lose A LOT of money… a lot like 7 to 8 times my taxed annual earning.
Awesome videos man! I love this channel
Such a great informative video! You just gained a new sub.
7:46 that’s so weird! You picked the sunrise biscuit kitchen in Chapel Hill, NC, only 30 minutes away from my home! Are you in NC?
I used to visit often as a kid!! Always passed by but never ate there!
Man i always cant wait for ur vids
Very nice video 👍 with a funny and cool ending!
Ive hust discovered your channel and its the best
Imagine working your ass off for decades to be the cream of the crop, absolutely elite, suffering from very high stress levels due to how perfect you have to be at your job, just to earn $70k/year salary and to get fired because an entitled millionaire did not like your calls even though they were 100% correct. Chair umpires need to be paid much more and ATP should be harder on players who abuse them.
