My daughter and I were so embarrassed, the ladies area was no clothing allowed. There were several saunas in the everyone allowed area but none were very hot. They didn’t have any areas that smelled nice, like a normal spa ( no aroma therapy) . The swimming areas were like a hotel pool, nothing fancy. The whole place was a big boring spa.

The place sounds misleading clothing optional. And the cold area feels good to you.
