hi everyone! I'm finally back with another routine video- this time it's my fall after school
night routine 2020! In this video I bring you along a typical relaxing, peaceful, and cozy fall evening / night in my life (this was actually filmed a month ago but my night routine is completely identical right now) :) Hope you enjoy the video!

hi!! how's school going for you guys?? I just had my first exam last week, so that's why this video got a bit delayed hehe 😅 I've got my next midterm next week but I'm feeling pretty okay about it so far! Notice that she doesn’t waste hours on her phone unlike most of us. It makes us more anxious actually. So can we normalize only being on our phones for texts and calls?

I do spend some time on my phone in the morning and in some of my study breaks, but that's mostly just to respond to comments / DMs / emails / texts 😊 I usually watch an episode of something positive or a few TH-cam videos on my iPad in the morning though!✨ I used to watch at night instead, but I’ve been trying to avoid screens in general after 7 PM since I’ve noticed it helps me sleep better + I’m anyways on a screen most of the day studying or editing 💖 But yeah I think less screen time overall is always a plus!✨☺️
Yes! I can relate. The problem definitely starts when the thing supposed to make your life easier and less stressful adds stress and anxiety.

I just wanted to say what a help you’ve been in my life. I’m in yr eight and my first year of secondary was not great- I really lacked motivation and was really emotional about everything.
