Mr,, i really really like your videos, i being learning a lot from you,not many people really wants to tell they secrets, but you, you are one of the best to splain w, details, one of the most things i like from your videos is the funny faces and muves you make,😂😂😂😂thank you for entertain other fishermans, thank you sr.....
We like to use those “Roadrunners” during the Spring run of White Bass here on the Detroit River….😀. And, I’d like to give you a compliment; what a pleasure it is to see you finding fish, and catching fish, the old fashioned way! No cheating with technology (Panoptix, etc.)!! Young people need examples like yours to really learn about our sport. Thank you Sir!
Hello Elmo. I live in TN to. Yes we’ve got some cold cold weather comin the rest of the week. I took a under spin and put a bigger blade on it works great I’ve caught some largemouth on it so far last week. I’m having trouble finding the crappy though. I’ll find them.
Wondering if you can make a video using the swing impact 2.8. Its a bit bigger bait but I'll bet those slabs with love to wrap them paper lips around one. Can't wait to try mines out. Tight lines and thanks for another 1....
Your a awsome fisherman I know how to fish where I live on the nolichucky river caught big musky and 50 pound plus flathead and nice smallmouth but the crappie here are big but we catch 5 or so in 3 minutes and that's it summer or spring I just wonder if I should try in winter in tree tops
Yup! Eating good in the neighborhood tonight for sure! Mr. Gene, why don't you profile some of the clean and cook on your videos? Enjoy being a part of your life thru YT, but would like to see you in your normal..... Man! You are so good, truly the best at what we pretend to replicate! Yup! Talked to brother this morning, will bring the boats out and begin warmer season fishing time within the next few weeks. Always start out fishing for our American Shad which run up out tailrace canal early spring. Good fishing, best eggs and fried up they are awesome!
Maybe you've talked about it in other videos, maybe not but i cant grasp how to judge how deep the lure is or what depths im fishing, any advice as to how to tell, or get to the depths desired, down here on the louisiana tx line we have muddy waters so seeing the lure is impossible, thanks for all your help keep up the good advice and awesome videos!!
If your casting you will need to know how fast your lure falls depending on its weight. If your vertical jigging you can measure “rips” from your reel to the first eye. Like,,, 5 rips will be around 10 feet etc.
You caught you an mass of crappie an shellcrakers .Good job.Your and great fisherman. I need to go fishing with someone like you that I know and remember go fishing way you can because it's good for you!
I'm getting the boat ready, found my 1959 rebuilt Shakesphere 9' rod and rigged it double, jig on top and crappie gold long shank hook on bottom with 1/8 weight between. The reel is a micro spin reel, under slung, that must have had 2# test on it. It was new and I liked to never got it rigged. Couldn't see the line for crap! Getting new Hi-vis line later. Enjoyed this vid.... keep em comming!
RG I'd been searching google for several months...to no avail...for that yellow and black fishn stick you frequently use in your crappie fishn endeavors. Wondering if you would divulge the maker in the model number information
