Really useful - have used this method to automatically change final spaces in every para to nonbreaking and make all hyphens nonbreaking, among other things. Been looking for a way to automate for ages. Thanks!

I’m taking a course right now, here in Brazil, in optimized editorial productivity and this was one of the topics.
But the head of the course made very clear to us that editing this txt file in Windows is trickier, because of how Notepad formatting hidden options and also cause this file is in a system folder - Windows just doesn’t want you to edit it like you’d do in other folders.
The tip is to copy this file to another “free” folder in your PC and edit it using Notepad++ - that’s a free text coding program, designed to edit HTML and CSS. Then, you paste the txt back into the original folder, without going through the hassle of Windows’ restrictions.
