@@ethanisdrowning that's why I did put down that it's kinda. Fusion is still considered as that one Pokemon. I know it's Necrozma but Dawn and Dusk isn't just full on Necrozma. It's also Solgaleo and Lunala. It's like how Buu absorbed the Z fighters. He isn't pure but he is still fused with them. Having their powers.

I like both of them, but prefer Arceus's battle prowess and Silvally's design.
Silvally is worse, even ignoring stats. Arceus gets to use Z Crystals and plates which can be helpful if you have STAB moves but in battle Memories don't do much...

A lot of the comments here are asking for form fights that aren’t for different forms of a Pokémon or even counterpart Pokémon, like Luxray VS Pyroar and Zygarde VS Necrozma, they have no connection.
I mean, I have no problem seeing those metronome battles, but they probably shouldn’t be called form fights.

It should also be noted that the plates also give the specific type of move a 20% bonus boost..... meaning outside of just changing it's type, it also works as a boosting item as well...

I agree, Arceus is superior for all the reasons you said. Silvally eventually grew on me; at first I called it the most unnecessary Pokémon ever programmed into the games. I use Arceus to represent Eiki Shiki on one of my Touhou Project teams, and I use Silvally to represent Frankenstein on my movie monster team.
Lol. The arceus team was practically toying with sivally and still won. Silvally got a godly amount of salt.😂😂
I always thought Arceus looked more like a Sentai/Power Ranger and I loved that. Also kinda like this character in a vehicle combat game on the PS2 that had the same long 'head tail', but they drove a hot blue motorcycle and had an energy lance that ran people through, and the character was blue, not white, like Arceus. I also love the chimera approach Silvally has and I love their name too. I think I like Arceus more, just because of the personal attachment I've attributed to them.

@@tomorchard6660 I'd say that this isn't the main problem, if it had a good movepool it could be used quite effectively, like a lower tier Arceus. If it could set up from both sides, had lots of coverage both physical and special; had defog and maybe some entry hazard, it could actually be good.
It's stats are average so not too good, but especially with the lower overall power level of this generation it is quite good especially in the lower tiers and could fill many potential roles and could fit into many teams (for example, 95 SpA/Atk and 95 Spe could be very dangerous after a Nasty Plot/Swords Dance and lots of good coverage whereas 95/95/95 is actually not bad especially for a Pokémon that is naturally pretty fast so it could fill a good support role ....
Overall I agree that in practice it is really bad, but it's biggest problem is that it's movepool doesn't allow it to use its concept that screams versatility (and my point that it could work this generation is kinda proven by the fact that two of its forms are RU despite all of its flaws. With the changes I proposed I think that it would be a good UU (with maybe Steel going to OU who knows). This Pokémon is so sad to look at right now

This is barely even fair. The Type: Full Project was to create a Chimera capable of acting as a Bootleg Arceus, but it was never meant to challenge the Alpha Pokemon, it's meant to hunt the Ultra Beasts.

How Pokegod got his fence. In the beginning, there was nothing. There was really only a plain white Pokémon. First, it created its godly cabinet, to hold all its plates, and then the holy fence was born, simply because Arceus thought it was the perfect accessory for its already godly shape.

for that battle you should have done it at least 100 times, then see who wins all the battles, since you can get unlucky with metronome and get 50 status moves in a row

If you need more ideas I think making a Form Fight with all of the fossil Pokemon could make for a few cool videos. Compare each generation and then maybe take the winners of each generation and make them fight the winner of the next generation and then make the last one fight Aerodactyl.
P.s. a fun fact about fossil Pokemon. There are 21 fossil Pokemon and a third of them (7) have a name that starts with the letter A.

@@ShadowSpace56z Ill explain what I think is the best way to do this: like in the older gens, you have to go to a specific area to get the mythicals (not just given freely from a code) but the mythical is available all the time. To make it harder, you have to search for it like a roaming legendary, but its extremely rare, but idk maybe that would be too boring
