This might be a rescue helicopter that they used to rescue the poeple in the chemical incidents. (Why you saw the same rescue helicopter in Jims Computer 1.) Anyway, This is my theory: The helicopter pilot lost control and crashed into the chemical refinery, Creating the creature. The pilot of the helicopter became the black creature, and they haunt the chemical refinery. (After they haunted Happy Home) Anyway, Night 2 from Residence Massacre is located at the chemical refinery, where the government asked you to investigate the crash. (Thats why there are police cars outside of the refinery at the start cutscene)
