6월 10일부터 입주를 시작한 인천 주안동의 신축 아파트인 더 샵 아르테 아파트 단지를 둘러 봅니다. 더 샵 아르테 아파트는 인천시 미추홀구 주동 1545-2번지 일원에 위치해 있으며 인천 지하철 2호선 석바위시장역에서 도보 2 ~ 3분 거리의 역세권 아파트입니다. 단지 인근에 구월서초등학교, 주안남초등학교, 동인천중학교, 인천고등학교 등이 있고, 단지 바로 앞에 석바위 공원과 주안4동 행적복지센터가 자리하고 있습니다. 주안10구역 주택 재개발 정비 사업으로 들어선 더 샵 아르 아파트는 총 10개동의 1,146가구로 구성된 대단위 아파트 단지입니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Incheon City, Korea. As the name of apartment is The Sharp Arte, it was constructed by Posco E&C, The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving to the apartment from Jun. 10, 2024. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
