Already built our kitchen. But we hit a lot of your points. We went mostly white w Oiled Bronze pulls and 48" range hood. Also Espresso floating shelves but we still have uppers . 50/50. We also have the extended cabinet bank leading out into next room. Also a walk in pantry ( NOT in a corner). Backsplash to ceiling where appropriate, large island w microwave. Skipped the seating for more storage. Wish I could post a foto.
