I have a company that cleans Airbnb homes. Don't clutter it just cause s dust problems. Look for unique quality products that are required for a comfortable stay. If you are next to a river, provide canoes and river toys, out door cricket sets, badminton set to keep a family busy with laughter and fun. Decent tv with movie selection and a popcorn machine etc.

You have to have everything in writing about the rules involving scheduling, cancellations, about all the things that you provide that may go missing after the people leave. You will have to list all the things that you provide and how much will be charged if things go missing. Also if people know it belongs to yall people can leave bad reviews just to be karens or get their money back. Just something to think about.

We bought one of them Phillips 32-inch TVs like 10 years ago and used it for years in our bedroom and then no two or three years ago we got a new 55 inch for the bedroom and gave it to her little girl and she still uses it. It's been a great TV.
Hey Roman you should definitely get the beds that you can order and they come all rolled up and packaged in a plastic wrap with all the air taken out of them to help them be put into a box as small as possible!! They are so much easier to be able to get in an upstairs where you might have a stair case that is a circle and it can be almost impossible to get a bed that doesn’t roll up!! Plus the ones that come all rolled up and in a box have a 10 year warranty on them and are definitely super comfortable and also help my fractured back out also!!! They have also helped me to fall asleep in a much deeper sleep also and I will sleep all the way through the night witch never would happen with a regular bed for sure!!!!
