I'm working on New training and techniques mental health wise and there's always something else to clean out. That's when the baggage stuff shows up LoL. That's unfortunately just the process.
We complete each other. I don't care much for French tips...lol You know I'm a noob and have been binge watching maniology since the start. What I noticed is they use a lot of black and fall type colors, even for summer, Christmas, etc. Like oranges, browns .....
Yes they do like the darker colors and fall Green, Brown, and black. Nothing wrong with those. I'm just leaning towards other shades... Watch those videos, yes it's definitely going to help you and Thank You for watching mine. 💜🦋🤗
Nope I'm no longer letting others take away or minimize me. I am going through some new training programs and processing and this always brings up the emotional gunk and funk .. gotta go through it, can't avoid it or go around it .. I do, so much appreciate your encouragement 🤗💜🦋
