About the gecko that "lost its spots" --- actually, that's LPS #111, which is a colour changing LPS! The spots change colour based on the temperature I think, which is why on the original Get Better Centre box that it comes in, it is advertised as "Hold gecko and his spots 'disappear'!" It's really cool but a lot of collectors don't know about this so they assume the gecko's paint wore off instead (I thought the same thing until recently I discovered the truth)! Edit: I saw another comment already mentioned this lmao, I probably should've checked first before commenting 😂

i’m so sorry to hear that!! i’ve seen a few other people say the same thing in the comments of other lps videos.. you can always slowly rebuild your collection- or if that feels too overwhelming, start a new one with the sets/pets you wanted as a kid and never ended up getting! i look mostly on ebay and facebook marketplace :-)
