I have never been to prison and would never want to..seems very brutal..I was a teacher so might have been able to help....am not a fighter but could run 10 miles a day no problem...I do understand how tough life must be in prison..violence to protect oneself...I just wish it could be a place where people were given some help and support for building a solid life..you probably think I am stupid but who wants to spend years in prison with all this violence and tragedy

Yammy is referring to Andy Shacklady from Tuebrook, whose family moved to Skelmersdale. His Dad may well be Andy Shack senior from Kirkby (who then moved to Tuebrook).
Andy could have got a not guilty if would have admitted shooting Casper. Casper came to do Andy with a hit man from Jock, they seen him in an ally way, they pulled on him but their gun jammed, Andy pulled his on them and fired as they was running away, one bullet hit a lamp post and ricocheted off and hit him behind the ear. Can’t remember, but am 99% sure Caspers gun was found at the scene. He was offered a manslaughter but never took it. When banged to rights go with the evidence, I told him but he wouldn’t listen to me. This is a case of self defence (all what I said is allegedly by the way) peace yammy

Casper made it clear he wanted it, he attempted to rub Andy but ended up on a slab. Andy is at times a bully and a gent, but let’s be clear, he can have it anyway you want. Andy is not my friend. But I will say one thing, his case is self defence and he should not be doing a tariff. 20 years into a 21 tariff, his parole has stared and hopefully he will resume some some sort of freedom soon 🙏
