3. Duchgang von Prevc fliegt er mit 244m noch einmal zu einem neuen Schanzenrekord , und duch diesen sprung ist er auch Weltmeister da kein 4 Duchgang gesprungen werden konnte.

+Saurucow Wow, one time he got a little higher mark, than he should.
His flying is THE most beautiful and he should get higher marks.
OK, this landing wasn't so good, but did you watch other jumpers, why are they getting so high marks with even worse landing than Prevc?

+Saurucow Kraft got a 19 and 19,5 for a 226.5m jump without telemark, go figure.
Freund got 17.5-18 average without telemark for 223m.
This was 244m with a half-telemark. I'd say 18.5 is pretty damn fair at this length.

DreamyWolf Is lenght a criteria for points from the judges? Isnt it down to how you fly down, and the landing?

+Saurucow Lenght also plays an important role, but I think not so much between jumps like 220m and 230. However, I would say referees were being unfair a lot on this competition. Jumps without telemark should never go over 17.5 point mark, so they were clearly helping Freund, and especially Kraft. Gangnes got 3x16.5 for his no-telemark landing at 238.5m. Prevc did a half-telemark at 244 in a soft snow, which caused Forfang and Gangnes (in trial round) to fall at 240m and 238m, and personally I wouldn't dare giving him less than 17.5 (which he got from the polish referee), but I also feel 2x18.5 was slightly too much, strictly speaking. He would have won over Gangnes even if he had 17.5 across the board.

you have to include into the marks also the distance..at 244m is almost imposible to make a perfect landing..so yeah he earn that marks..ooo and for all disapointed norwegian fans..dont worry you will probably win tomorrows team competition ;-)
