Hi Tracy, These perogis are so good. I’ll make homemade pasta, butperogies I ever did. Being it Polish cuisine, I ever learned.I’ve bought the in the store, very inexpensive, so I’ll make them once in awhile. By the way, we made sausage, my sons and I, about 50 lbs, and dried some and froze some too. You make them very well, you’re a pro. You I think have a video from before, I could be wrong. Homemade pierogi are delicious when they’re homemade. My sisters mother i law makes them and she’ll send me a few.Delicious. Thank you for this video. I’m glad you are keeping busy to keep healthy. Thinking of you. Regards to Michael.😢😢😢❤❤❤❤
Tracy,my sons miss their father. They are and will try to keep up their memories of hi and the traditions he taught them. They made the sausage with his recipe he wrote and followed the every step he taught them. Christmas was that way, together we remembered him, to the roasting of chestnuts in the fireplace in the receptacle he made himself to roast them. All we have are the memories and they are bittersweet❤😂😊😊
I haven’t had pirogies in years! My husband can’t have wheat so we can’t have store-bought and I didn’t realize how simple they are. I will be trying this recipe with some gluten free flour. Thank you! 👍
