take time and do one at a time. Don't rush on home improvements, do it in a relaxed fashion. Don't spend too much on the projects which won't return any investments. Manabadi, is definitely good. Both my kids learnt a lot. Regarding home improvements, although i agree to an extent we have to be careful with expenditure, if you can afford after savings it is a good idea to get what you enjoy!! Life with kids as little children is so short and I think it is worth it! Of course also save and be cautious!🙏
