@We're all doomed! and id love to believe that there is a woman out there who wont use me and will allow ME to lean on HER for a change. To be there to do things that ill likely be called stupid for wanting, but i dont care... id like to have her stare into my eyes every once in a while, reach out to touch me without always having to give massages forhours with nothing in return... yes sex is important. But some men who have been to combat are moved to the point of tears almost when a lady walks up and asks if theyd like some candy.... and then they meet her at a bookstore, talk for 6 hours. Then they walk across the street to chipotle and talk until they close. Only so this young lady can just cut contact cold woth no explanation why. Itd sure be nice to believe that i dont have to be addicted to 2 substances and shove a lady around just to hear her say "i love you" and mean it, feeling and knowing that it is true... i want to believe there are ladies that are like that. You sure arent going to be the first thing in mind with an attitude like that!

I used this last year around this time to help manifest love; not from a partner but from myself: I went to the park in my area and took a long walk everyday listening to these affirmations and reciting them in my head. About two months later I met my first boyfriend. This is an amazing video and I still recite these affirmations today. ❤️

This meditation is spot on. It worked for me. I met someone. I highly recommend this meditation.
I'm 45 and I've only recently grasped the meaning of this statement emotionally: Love yourself first then you can love others. Loving yourself is the basis of everything. If you don't love yourself, you'll beat yourself up constantly over people that walk away from you, that ghost you or block you on social media, don't return your calls or messages. Since the moment I've understood that I am enough and other people's behaviour towards me have nothing to do with me but has everything to do with them (especially if I've tried my best to make things work), I can happily let them go and move on. This is so liberating.

I am not trying to attract Love as much as I am trying to open my heart to allow Love to manifest through me. For a while now I have been closed off and I am hoping that by listening to confirmations like this will allow my heart to open up. Thanks for sharing.
First I just want to say its awesome that you write "love" with a capital L *note to self to always do the same.Love is in our true nature. Life can sometimes make us want to close the door on Love if we get disappointed which is inevitable from time to time. I like the visualization by Joe Dispenza, see a column of light enter at the crown of your head, going down the spine. See it beaming out from the center of your chest, radiating outwards. I would add to that; feel the feeling of Love as it radiates outwards. You could add this visualization to your meditations/affirmations too, or just on its own. Also try and catch yourself every time you find yourself appreciating something or someone and try and 10 x that feeling. Last but not least, Love yourself. Write down at least 20 reasons why you're so awesome!

Lina, Im unable to visualize things in general.....I tried with the column of light, but I am simply unable to picture it at all ..or feel it.....Btw I am already in a relationship....married....but I feel I am married to a Narcissist... Ive tried so hard, probably too hard, over the yrs...but hes never happy. I dont feel either loved or respected....and that in turn, makes me feel angry, disappointed, used, hurt, unloved, miserable....

I live in a small town so I can be close to my son. I have been building a successful business and working on myself a lot. I liked when it says, 'it doesn't matter if you listen carefully or your mind wonders..'. When working on other affirmations, I was so concerned about focusing and not thinking other thoughts that it was becoming an anxious job. But knowing this removes that concern all the way.

Conor, I wasn't listening consistently & I realize it takes more than just listening to this. I was busy focusing on other goals. Didn't get out the house much to meet anyone & at times had to work through blockages & limited belifes. I have been healing from my past relationships. i listen to this everyday, on my way to work, on my way home, sometimes during dinner..i'm still healing from a very deep past relationship. its been a couple weeks now of listening to this recording and sometimes it makes me feel really happy....but i've been crying everyday now, at least twice a day...i miss my ex and we've been separated for over a year now. i just wanna be happy alone, back together, or with someone new altogether!

So it’s been a bit more than a week.

OMG it worked! I found my soulmate after a week spent listening to this every night or sometimes more when I felt like it would be nice to hear these words. I just left my boyfriend and was struggling to detach myself from him although we weren't making each other happy. And thanks to these affirmations I felt in peace leaving it behind and only feel affection for him. Although I just come of a 1 year serious relationship I feel completely open to this new love I just attracted into my life. It feels right. So evident.

Don't go for relationships in which there is resistance, when you meet the one who is for you everything will happen like magic!!
