2. Dont postpone sessions/schedules
3. Use pump log app to track
4. Place pump correctly
5. 3 minutes minimum run
6. 15 minutes to 20 minutes medium run
7. After emptying breast run minimum for 3 minutes
8. Run l4,l5,l6 in 15 minutes frequently
9. Do each sessions 30 mins
10. Minimum 9 sessions/day with 30 mins
11. Dont do in high speed
12. Dont do more than 30 mins
13. Dont skip the sessions
14. Store extra milk in fridge

There is something called rellactation which will be guided by lactation consultants. With few medications and continuous pumping u will be able to make some milk ... Maasci care clinic provides online consulatation where I have seen a lady relactated after 2 years of delivery. Give it a try
