Hi Stephanie! My go to craft store is Hobby Lobby. I find they have a good selection of wood crafts (sticks dowels spheres cubs etc) and the styrofoam can be found in their wedding or dry flowers area… or you can use styrofoam from packaging just trim down to size. Last resort, Amazon lol 😉
Good question! You’re right- my apologies! At the top I like to twist the end and hold the tail in place with a pin or two. Or you could hot glue it.
