WOW!!! This looks like something I can do myself! My daughter is getting married in August and she’s using silk flowers. I’ve been looking on Etsy for ideas, then I thought maybe I could make the bouquets myself. I’ll have to practice, but this looks doable 😊
WOW, I think I’m sold on artificial flowers! My fiancé and I are eloping far from home next October and I’ve been brainstorming DIY bouquets, but the responsibility to create fresh bouquets on the day of the wedding lands on me. Artificial means I can start sourcing and creating a year out! Thank you for sharing!
Same! I’m just going to make my own because I’ve been quoted so much for a bouquet. I know it’s a lot of work for them, but dang I can’t spend 400 bucks on my flowers haha. What I was thinking is you can always add fresh real ones last minute. I assume it’d make it look even more real anyways lol!
This is what I wanted for my gaurdians of the galaxy wedding thank you this will be so much easier to make now . 👰🏻♀️🖤 Cheers to all the brides and grooms
Getting married next month and we’re on a tight budget and having a small wedding. I know nothing about floral designing. However, this helps so much! I’m going to use this technique to create an autumn colored cascading boquet!
Just found your video getting married on a Carnival Cruise and can only have silk flowers this bouquet would be perfect and thank you for showing me how I can achieve it
This is amazing! I nearly choked when you said “well Emily, how did we do” I had to rewind it three times, I thought how does she know I’m watching 😂 silly me, I’m sure you had a very happy customer! This has been so helpful!
Wow it is gorgeous I have the roses I just need to buy the greenery and the foam that goes in that thing I just bought the road thing with the lace on it my son‘s getting married but I just love my adore my adorable daughter-in-law and I just wanna make her feel so special and so I’m making it for her she’s allergic to flowers but I making mine out of the plastic ones so she won’t be allergic to them but this is a gorgeous bouquet thank you so much for showing me how to make it to press you do a wonderful job
I've watched the video, seems great. Anxious to try. The problem I have is with bouquet holder! Not sure exactly what to buy. Found holder @ Hobby Lobby, but opening for foam is small. Is this correct? Appreciate any advice.
All your work is amazing and you have such great ideas for table centerpieces. I was going to ask if you could show the back part (and the sides) of the cascade bouquets to see how they look.
What's an easy way to take the flowers back out for the hot glue after you have your bouquet put together? Im afraid of missing flowers and them falling out. Absolutely beautiful! I'm so glad that I found your page!
HI Megan! If I'm understanding your question, once I am happy with the flower placement, I remove, add hot glue to the stem, then replace them one at a time! It does take time but its worth it! Hope this helps! XOXO MissPlanIt
OMG OMG OMG I LOOOOOOOOOVE this soooo much thank you so much for the base tips and how to do this! My wedding is going to be more forestry goth wedding so my colors are different but this was a huge help! Thank you so much again.
⚘Greetings from Cape Town, South Africa💓 Awesome tutorial. THANK YOU ❤ Actually, I just saw your video for the first time now and immediately subscribed to your channel. 💘⭐
I have just a question about burlap ribbon...my theme is purple roses sunflowers with burlap how could I go about interlocking the ribbon in with this bouquet?
This turned out so pretty! I made my own bouquet the other night with your video and it turned out much better than I had expected. I am curious though, how did you finish up the handle? Did you wrap it with anything?
Thanks a million for the lovely video which can help me to create my own Wedding bouquet which is easy to assemble. I am from India, Mumbai and my name is Charmaine DSouza. My hobby is flower making and I am doing it as a side business. We don't get the stuff that you use for the bouquet. Like Styrofoam ball, the holder and the plastic net for behind the holder. Where in Mumbai can I get them.
I went to order the first thing in the list of supplies/flowers and it said, “Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.” Now I don’t know what to do, I love this bouquet and am so disappointed. Any advice? In fact I continue down the list and can’t find most of them. The FlexOffers doesn’t even bring up the products. Is there any way to still get this bouquet? Or should I rethink my whole idea? I planned bridesmaids dress colors based on the flowers in this bouquet. Luckily I’m not getting married until next June
Hi Reanna! All of the links to the supplies are right under the videos. Just click on the SHOW MORE icon and everything you need is there! XOXO MissPlanIt
HELP!! I have to make this for my daughters wedding but have no idea about the 4” foam ball. Hobby only has 3.8” that’s what your link even shows. That seems to be MUCH smaller than yours. Also you went so fast over the instructions of the straight handle. Do I put Styrofoam on the inside of the bar also? If so what size? Or does the inside stay empty and I just put the star phone on the outside? Where can I find a 4 inch ball seems to be very hard to find.
Thanks for the tutorial but it needs more details. I just wanted to point that you actually did skip showing how to attach the green styrofoam to the holder, how did you measure the depth of the hole or how much you took out as well as did you use any glue/hot glue to attach it or what? And usually when you put hot glue in the foam it makes holes, so how do you fix that?
She probably measured it through trial and error and she said she used hot glue in the video. It’s hard floral arrangement foam not regular styrofoam which makes it more durable against hot glue.
Has anyone ever have an issue where the foam came off the handle? I’m making a cascading bouquet and all I keep picturing in my head is the bride getting ready to walk down the aisle and the bouquet falling off the handle from being too heavy.
Excellent question! It is VERY important to use high heat hot glue when constructing the bouquet. In addition attach each flower/greenery with hot glue. This will greatly reduce any issues.
This was my request and I am so blown away how easy you made it! I am beyond thankful for you time and talent. Thank you so much 💜
My daughter is getting married in a few months and I'm so thankful to have found this video. Can't wait to make this!!
Hi Emily! You are so welcome! I am soooo glad that you like it! Many blessings!

Hello Missplant,

Can you do cascading bouquet with Maroon, blush, terra-cota, and gold accents?
How much of green leaf did you use? I tried to count to see how many leaves you had put on to make it full and not too busy
Hi!
We used approximately 2 dozen leaf stems, various lengths.
I went to order the first thing in the list of supplies/flowers and it said, “Currently unavailable.

Aloha. Thank you for the video! Could I use real roses instead of fake? I guess the question is can I super glue a real stem into the foam ball lol??
You would use floral glue into a foam sponge if you want to use real flowers
