Maybe because that's not what ER story is. TruE's themes are like Moon Halo, if it didn't have all the various build up (Nightglow, Cyberangel, Rubia) leading to it (which are the ones wrenching the heart because you're remembering them and thinking that you've gone a long way). Both Moon Halo and TruE are about hope and pushing forward to a bright future: the former is for Kiana as she leaves the memory of Himeko behind, while the latter is for Mei as she leaves the Elysian Realm and the memories she has touched within.
Maybe, I remember when she mentions she wrote a song but havent finished in the ER but she know that she finished it IRL after Elysia died so maybe yeah this should make it really good as a tribute

At first I didn't like how it ended, like in a high note, open-ended. But then I realised, yeah, that's the whole idea. The curtain came down on Elysia and all the FC, but they left a legacy for the future, for a brighter tomorrow.

Literally how I feel in love with MiHoYo games was when I first heard angel of sin way back on GGZ. It's been a long ride since then but I don't regret my decision to get on the MiHoYo bandwagon at that time and HI3 proves that it wasn't a wrong decision either.

She's always been the one in controle. She's shown in the fight with mei that her powers overrides that of the hoc's. Wether this is because of her herrscher powers or because she has a hidden gateway for the authorities of the ER that the hoc didn't know about, idk. Both sound believable as the people of the PE knew the hoc would appear again so they probably made a safety-net.

Wasn't that big of a fan of Elysia when she first appears. I always thought that she was just a mere fanservice character which wouldn't be all that surprising in a gacha game like Honkai. But along the way, I realized that she was so much more than that. And this MV along with the animation sealed the deal that she may be my favorite Honkai character of all times.

There was this meme on reddit that one cg video that was released 4 years ago got 14 million views and then Befall was also 4 years ago got 59 million, but Elysia's "Because of you" trailer got over 5 million in just to days!!, now with the full animation out it will skyrocket in views. To me I just think that the honkai impact community all love Elisya.
Well she is the protagonist in this part of the story like everything was about her like how she died, how she interacted with others, her conversations even with Mei that she didn´t even knew in real life you can just imagine just an optimistic and caretaking character right there plus they introduced all the flamechasers so everyone got attached to someone. I see Kalpas, Griseo, Aponia, Kevin, Kosma fans because it took like what 7-8 months of ER story almost a year and we got invested but I do agree a lot of us love Elysia myself included plus I love her VA so that just made it even better
