Tip: When training a puppy, use shorter phrases, or single words if possible. Example are "in the crate" to simply just "crate". This helps puppies understand better, since longer commands are often confusing for them!

Hi again: I had 4 bad experiences with Daisys crate. Her paw got caught in between the metals so I ordered a plastic one. I have to train her to go to the wee wee pad on her own but I’m a little scared to do so because I have rugs and don’t want pee on it. What’s your advice to me girl ?

Thank you@@_jasminedy(Jasmine)! I had been wondering the same thing, and had to go back through several of your videos hoping to see what size crate you have for Eevee. I will bring my 12-week-old Yorkie home in two days, and am trying my best to have everything I think he will need BEFORE I bring him home. I had purchased two playpens, one for while I'm away and a much smaller one for him to sleep in. However, I kept going back to your videos, and watching how cozy Eevee is in her crate, I decided to order one (double-door, though) and crate cover. It will be in my bedroom and the cover will help him to stay asleep if and when I have the lights on.
I really appreciiate the wealth of knowledge you so willingly share, and am so looking forward to teaching my pup many of the commands that you've taught Eevee!

What size do you suggest for your yorkie
This is really good, my fiance surprised me and just got a Yorkie, he's only 10 weeks and requires a lot of attention, he likes to bite a lot. What do you recommend we do about that? He's very hyper and starts yapping at the cat too.
Aww when they are puppies they will do that. Replace their bites with toys in the mouth for them to play with haha. I use to do that with my dog. And then tell her noooooo when she bites you. And slowly over time? It will stop. Good luck hunn!!

Aww!! Congrats on your new addition!! Number one rule? Be patient and remember your puppy is a baby so they don't know what they are doing. Guide them the best you can and take it one day at a time. :-) I hope my other videos help but I have more on the works.

She’s so smart! Love her!!! I have a question. I see you provided the link to her crate but which size did you get? I’ve never seen them so small up close so I’m wondering would the 24 inch be too big? And did you get her crate when she was a puppy and just stick to the same size or did you go up a size? When I clicked the link it went right to 24 inch and I really wanna be sure. My dog is 3 months now.
Yes! That is the perfect sized crate. :-) She is still in the 24 inch crate. There is a divider that comes with the crate so you can make it smaller and then remove the divider to give your puppy more space when they grow. Eevee is 7.8lbs and loves her crate still. Hope that helps!!

When did you add a pillow to the crate ? My puppy has had accident since she is 12 weeks , when is a good time to add this
I added one when I got her. I just bought two and switched it when she had an accident. But a comfy crate helps with the house breaking training. :-)
I have a four months Yorky and he bites me so much and it really hurts my hands what can I do to make him stop doing that
Same here. I have a 3 month old male Yorkie. All he does is bite at our ankles. When you say No. He barks at me🤔
My Morkie doesn’t come when called sometimes. 😢

hi! You just have to spend more time with your doggie and talk them on walks. Continue to command train so your dog will listen. Building a stronger connection with your dog helps too! :-) Then overtime? They will listen.

I want to make my crate comfy for my fur baby, but he’s not fully potty trained...
he will pee or poop & bark afterwards to let us know he’s gone in the crate with his blankets & pillows in there.

I have a 8 week yorkie & I'm exhausted & I have no clue how to get him to stop howling & crying in the crate, I tried the treat thing, he'll eat it in the crate & hop right out lol🤦♀️
They will howl, they will cry. You have to go through it. If you give in? They know that crying is the only way to get him out. lol trust me. Eevee use to do that too!! oh my gosh! So annoying haha. But I fought through the crying and kept her in the crate for 3-4 hours in the crate took her out to pee and then put her back in it. Its like a process but it helps with training. Good Luck!!

@@tishasmith7213 Girl yes!! lol its ok!!! My husband use to tell me to "just let the dog out" haha and I'm like no!! We have to go through it, it will get better. and sure enough it did. haha!

Hi Autumn, immediately after getting her. She was 2 months old when we got her.
Every time I train mine she hates the crate she hides when it’s bed time
