Ну да,всегда же такие правильные формы точатся.
Nice tools :)
Great chip formation
crazy speed
Обратное точение... я иногда его использую когда нужно расточить очень глубокие отверстия.
Only love........
Can you share your program for tailstock?
Yes, please give the material, turning parameters & dimensions of workpiece

Thank you for the Cutting Parameters. What about the plunging depth?
Hi Denis,
The plunging depth is 0.075” radially.
@@EMECMachineToolsInc troll video
your programmer is a moron
what CAM did you use? OSP or Mastercam?
what are you doing?
Why you start from the chuck going into tge tail stock? Does that make it hold its tolerance better.
It's Sandvik prime turning tooling, that's part of what they are showing here, it's designed to cut that way
M8 on coolant . M9 off coolant . maybe it use carbide insert for OD operation . and this process is name Backturn process . because it not starting from tailstock to jaws , but starting at jaws to tailstock .
Yeah, showing inserts/tools/cutting process with M08 :D What would we see? They´re presenting this method mate, so M09
I'm not lathe user, but that look agressive..
