Dad flew for the RFDS for about 10 years in WA in Debry before the base shifted to Broome, which subsequently burnt down a year or two after it was set up lol. He's the one who flew the first one when they changed the livery from the blue and white stripes to this one. Always awesome to see that paint scheme, shame we havent had a good PC-12, let alone no NG version for the better part of a decade.
Great video as always. Also, I like your new YT channel recommendations segment! Watched a few of Emma's cruises and will now check out the RFDS channel. The PC12 looks great too, we're spoiled for good planes right now.
Looks like a well put together aeroplane. I have been flying the Carenado version of the PC-12 in MSFSfor quite a while and really enjoy it. Finances dictate that I stay with that version but that's ok with me. Good to hear the birds - I missed them in the last video lol.
First video of yours I’ve watched. It’s Quite entertaining and you’ve convinced me to get the PC-12. I’m wondering how it’s going to be in VR. Cheers and thanks for the Vid.
i struggle with the elevator trim i try doing pitch and power, but for some reason the trim doesnt pitch up. it just dives and then if it pull back it goes all the way
Hello mate. I don't experience the same issues, so probably can't help. If you do find the cause of the issue, please reply here so that others may benefit.
I havent watched the vid yet, but you just said in the vid that you havent flown it. So Im going to go out on a limb, and I will leave this comment posted either way, and say that the plane will pull right on takeoff down the runway. Will also be some handling issues upon landing. Hope Im wrong, but something is off on this flight model. SWS says its MSFS, but other planes arent behaving the same….so. Okay….had to jump to your TO out of curiosity…LOL….and the plane behaves exactly the way you felt. Only it wasnt a crosswind. Pulls hard right for some unknown reason. This isnt a simple torque issue…something messed up
It’s very much off, just like their Kodiak. People think being hard to fly = realistic and that couldn’t be further from the truth. If the PC12 and Kodiak flew IRL like the SWS versions, there would be lots of crashes.
@@joshuaspop8865 … yeah, I dont even fly it. SWS banned me from their FB page. Offered to give me a free plane so that I wouldnt have the “right” to complain. Didnt accept, and still have my own opinion that it isnt right.

Thanks mate. Appreciate your continued support of my nonsense. We're definitely spoiled - 2023 has been a good year for our hobby.
Great video, very well done. I purchased the PC12 on day one and although my review was luke warm at first, I'm really starting to enjoy the a/c.
Thanks mate, I appreciate it. I can't get enough of the PC-12 at the moment. A humbling, but thoroughly enjoyable ride.

Cheers mate. Pretty sure I would have ignored the SWS version if I had the MSFS Carenado rendition already. How many PC-12s does a bloke need...

Cheers mate, welcome aboard.
Great video again mate. I have a burning question though, I think on behalf of the entire community: where is Jude? How is she doing?
Thanks mate. Hmm, you've invoked she who should not be named. I fear this won't end well...

I use sky4sim quite often great program for ga aircraft or if you get lost😊
Sounds like an app designed for people like me then! Then again, I'm never lost, just temporarily unsure of my position :)
