No wonder I get so frustrated at times, yeah making a composite track could be the solution in some cases. That was easy I'm gonna start doing this now! You da best Pat! 👍
Thanks for the video, very useful. I saw another video recently where the guy was talking about about keeping the the level meter within the orb on the volume slider. Do you know anything about that idea?
Its a great feature and thanks Patrick.....Could it be improved by a new track being created for every take so we could listen to each one separately as we might not remember which ones have the best parts if theres like a dozen takes?...
Really helpful! Is there a way to do this where the takes are displayed in separate regions on a parallel track? Or even, after each cycle, could the subsequent recordings automatically go to a new track so that they are all visible at the same time? I'm using it for vocals.
Very useful. Thank you Patrick
Great Functionality. Great Informational Video Thanks!!
Cool video. Would love to see a video that shows this technique with different vocal takes.
Very cool. Thanks!

That’s how it works in Logic Pro actually, we get the simplified version in GarageBand.

Doesn’t seem to have this feature on my IPad version. Am I missing something?
It doesn’t work the same way on iPad. More info here: th-cam.com/video/A6j5GsnuObI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=b12g1GARgUr5TzyV
@@TheGaragebandGuide cool, thanks
Is there a way to make multiple takes without using CYCLE Region?
