Lake Tekapo a bird's eye view - New Zealand South Island

Lake Tekapo is the second largest of 3 lakes in the Mackenzie in the South Island. It is stunning with its turquoise water which is from the snow melt from the Southern Alps. With being summer and no snow on the mountains it was a bit dry but still very pretty.
Lake Tekapo is approximately 3 hours south of Christchurch and definitely a must see.
