If your car needs all 4 replaced and you only replace 2 of them can that fix the problem a little bit or would they all have to be fixed? Cause I recently replaced 2 of the 4 that needed replace but it didn't help much cause I thought replacing half would be good enough. Should I go ahead and replace all 4?
@@epiccomedy227 cool, I have a video on how to clean a iac valve. Check my Mach 1 restoration playlist. I come the symptoms of this exact issue on that video. Fyi on the mustang the brake booster is powered by the power steering fluid so when there a sudden load on the motor such as braking and you let off the throttle what will happen since most of the time you hitting brake and letting go of the gas, the motor will die because it can't idle because of the addition load caused by the power steering system which support the braking. Sound crazy but this exact thing drove me crazy on a white Mach 1 and a few GTs. You can clean it first or else I included a link that video to get the OEM for cheap. Best of luck and let me know how it goes. If you can't find the video just let me know. _Randomfix
@@RANDOMFIX it was the IAC now the car feels great but the only thing is whenever i break the rpms stay between 2k and 2.5k and once i stop completely it goes down to around 800 to 900 rpms i'm leaving the engine running for like 15 minutes hopefully that's all i need
Thanks - this is what I needed to know. Question: Do I disconnect the negative cable from the battery or both?
Sorry for the late reply, did you get this handled?
Is the process similar on a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 3.7?
It might be the vehicle in the video is v8 but the process will be same. Maybe the location will be slightly different

Does a 94 mustang have one or is it only the crankshaft position sensor
no sure on the 1994
So what made you replace the camshaft sensor? What was the car doing?
for real. Can you explain what was the reason that you had to replace it? Giving little hearts is pointless
Soo if that sensor is bad the car won't start?
Luis Montemayor yeah or it’ll have trouble starting . i have the same problem with mine but it doesn’t have that hard of a time

Where's the other cam position sensor? There's 2 cams on the 4.6 2v SOHC engine
