It can definitely be useful, but so far I prefer a large slot and a small slot on my builds, so I either don't take it or remove it if it was one of the free traits.
@@nou8830 That's fair lol. We all have weird builds that we love. I'm thinking of running just the LeMat carbine and seeing how minimalistic I can go with it.
I'm doing the opposite, I'm fitting the lemat carbine with pocket shotguns to to fool peeps who rush after I fire my shotgun shot only to run into a spectre or terminus compact. Or taking it with a uppermat in 1.16.. dualies, Mosin obrez, drilling handcannon. Drilling with lemat dualies, rifles with close range options, shotguns with a silenced Cenne or smth cheap like the ultra stable scottie precision with hv making that thing a headshot machine. The absolute amount of variety in playstyle in a quartermaster loadout is what I love and it always catches people off guard when you play something full-sized that stands on it's own and then pull out something completely unexpected like a shottie when they ask out loud "Dude you have a Ironside why are you pushing so hard" only to have a spectre compact ruin his day through a wall.
21:45 when ash bloom is active, the dogs will just aggro until it stops. You'll never know if there are people near them unless they take out the kennel to stop them from barking.
Nice content as always! This is actually pretty similar to a loadout I go a lot, but I haven't had much luck with the romero personally. I guess I'm just not hitting those shots quite right Q_Q
What's your opinion on splitting romero ammo between buckshot and DB after this update? You could light up enemies pretty far away and burn bodies. These games were superb! Love your games and content!
*PEEBNUTE!* I freakin’ screamed when you killed that last team! 😂 I felt myself holding my breath FOR YOU! This is an iconic loadout for sure and I enjoyed this video very much! 🫡
my fave somewhat trolly quartermaster loadout is the hunting bow and then any full size rifle, basically you take a potshot with the bow at long range, if you miss, the enemie's stop respecting your range potential and try to just bully you, at which point it's easier to dome one of them with the rifle before they realise you have it is it effecient? no is it funny on the rare ocasions it works? always
I think that while the shorty is more versatile since it's 2 slot, the silent vetterli is just a more user friendly option for PVP. More ammo, more damage, less sway cause it's 3 slot, good options for special ammo if you want to bring any, and still has a very fast fire rate with Iron Eye
@peebnute I don't seem to get on with it much, I've had some good moments but the low bullet velocity really hurts it for me. Centennial has given me such great games I almost don't bother with the "primary" weapon. Your Romero Talon though! That's getting a run next time I'm in game as a primary.
i think hunt has quite the few problems. Imo quatermaster aint one it. i wouldnt mind it if every single player would run it every single game. could not care less. i would even go so far and "buff" quatermaster to like 4 skill points. so people couldnt just sell it for some other cancer like necro (i dont care for solos playing it, but atm every game i play in 6 star everyone has necro and abuses the fk out of it)
tbh this is why I think there needs to be more ways to move with less sound. 99% of your gameplay is you waiting for someone to run into your gun because you won't move as you can just wait for them
If u give high velo ammo for winfield centennial shorty and shorty silencer, it will bug the magazine size from 6 to 10 rounds. This loadout could be upgraded with that while it is still bugged. Awesome video as always :)
Technically you could, but I don’t like high velocity, don’t like using exploits like that, and I had enough ammo problems with the shorty with default lol
I like the idea that every time my cat meows she is actually cussing up a storm
Quartermaster is my favorite trait in the game, i'm addicted to the versatility.

It's thing like this that I love with the different alterations they bring out.
I love the Romero almo with an uppercut precision deadeye.
it is called caldwell conversion uppercut precision deadeye! 👮Grammar👮

my sister (new hunt player) exclusively runs winnie swift+bow as her quartermaster load out
Bow ALWAYS features in my loadout when using QM.

Totally a valid option! You could also do Starshell for some long range burning too!

I def need to put in some time with the Romero.
So I run a very similar load out, have you tried swapping that Romero for a bomb lance half dragons breath half steel balls?
I haven't because I wanted this loadout to be more on the budget side, but that sounds like a fun one!
Im curious why you think the vetterli silenced is a better choice over centennial silenced?

Im not sure but you might have shot the dragon breath bolt as soon as it came out of his bow?? Rad
More than likely I just aimpunched them and they shot the doorframe, but I like your idea better!

Understandable lol
With the recent patches almost every time on the bayou has a mosin dolch P + FMJ load out user. Sigh.
That's the boring way to use Quartermaster :(
