I also find it hard to believe but after switching to the regular Romero I have been one tapping folks . But at same distances where he one tapped them but wasn’t close but when I do it at not so close range i get hit markers idk it’s weird
Yeah those 1 taps are wild, got some testing to do in the shooting range lol
with the new update, short barrel shotguns had their one tap range extended quite a bit, i recommend checking rachtaz video on the update as a whole

@@darealrulezbreaker9493 So back in the day, you couldn't self-rez at all, so you always wanted big bars as a solo.
Then with self-rez you wanted all small bars so you had as many chances for a comeback as possible.
Self-rez just got nerfed, so you can only do it once, but you get a full health restoration when you do it. So big bars are the meta for solos again.
And with Necro being a burn trait in team fights, I think I will start using 2 big, 2 small for team loadouts.

Just have a look at my ''engine update experience'' vid. Like every third game I play with randos these days someone gets DCd and we're left as a duo.. Then the performance issues in greystone and lodge...
It would be much more enjoyable if Crytek did one thing at a time, instead of having a backlog of 50+ things they've promised/need to fix.
@Daminionz somehow.. after adding upscaling feature the game began running worse on even ultraperformance dlss w/o that much noticable graphical improvement. Speaking of instability - ive literally got DCd 3 times in span of few hours, *_one of which stated security violation crash_* (while that could possibly be explained as countermeasure mean against high latency abusers messing with Easy AC, not quite my problem they f@ed up their netcode). Although rather fortunately, I actually managed to reconnect once during especially potential win run that i got thrown out of, which doesn't seem to be a commodity among unfortunate ones - it even took less than 999hours to do so as in previous versions (which i assume would've not been a problem as DCing then was rare in the first place)

Yeah I'm running upscaling too on ultra performance, and went from 4k to 2k
I could play no problems before on 4k and mid graphics, now 2k and lowest graphics with ultra performance, getting around the 100fps
Also, 2 weeks as of today with 0 hotfixes btw.
@@Daminionz Good timing, we got a hotfix patch yesterday.
Obviously not everything's fixed, but at least I don't crash when opening the map anymore.
I love the new compounds - every single one feels like it’s been crafted to be unique but also with intent. None feel lesser than another, just different. I also love the fact I can win the last man standing mode, beforehand I had one win and now I feel like I’m finally able to win (by running away like a bitch most of the time)

It runs better than ever for me, be sure to use DLSS or the AMD equivalent in settings. I'm getting 120 consistent (144hz monitor so locked it at 120). Have a play around in the shooting range, but DLSS is a must
Well he probably has a 4090 and plays with DLSS. You can see the shadows getting a super pixelated mess in his last vid.

To the people in this comment section asking if this is truely 6 star. I have 700h+ hours in this game, I'm 6 star, play vs the same kind of people you see in this video (who are 6 star as well), I suck at this game and I don't think I deserve 6 star.
Hornet and others having 10k hours are just way better than me. They have so much experience and knowledge so there is basically no situation that would caught them off guard.
Also keep in mind that he is playing solo. That means his effective mmr is reduce because it is unfair to play 1v3v3v3v2...for the other teams ; )

I swear, i watch some of these people play this game and get kills that i DO NOT see HOW they even saw the person. I can even go watch the kill over and over again, KNOWING where the person is and STILL CANT SEE THEM. HOW?!!!
What does burning the dead bodies do? Prevent from a revive?
Yes. After they burned out, they are perma dead. You need a bounty token to revive them.
Burning reduces your max hp, once it covers a whole bar it's destroyed permanently until you banish a boss. The effect still works when you're downed - it puts a timer on tbeir teammates to come save them before all their hp is destroyed and they're permanently killed

Honestly the layouts of the new compounds are so fuckin fun to zip around. So far my favorites are the centers like O'donovan and la plata, since I dont get the outer ones very often for fights😔.

such a shame the haymaker and uppercut were so cucked this update. I totally understand why ofc, they were basically the best pistols for shotgun loadouts and really as a whole because long ammo is stupid, but 65m drop off when other two slot medium and compact ammo weapons can have better effective range and easier time with headshots, more ammo and do actually similar damage now that neither of them can 1 tap a downed hunter makes it rough. Oh well, mini drilling is my new best friend

I just started this past week and love this game right now. After not playing shooters for a year now. It’s good to be back to something competitive. But I cannot figure how tf the health works. Sometimes I can use a med kit. Sometimes I can’t. Sometimes I have full health sometimes I can’t get full health and then five minutes later Ill randomly be and full health after not being able to get past half. Other than that. Game is pretty slick. Wish I had picked it up long ago.
You assign your health in chunks. Little or big. Health regenerates per chunk only. If you lose enough health to fall into the next chunk you won't be able to regen the chunk you went past (There is an exception and that's if you use a regen shot or some other niche interactions) and you'll have to heal it with a medkit or a heal shot
If you get revived by a teammate you lose a chunk permanently until you banish a boss. If you have a lot of little chunks then you can get revived more, but you're less likely to be able to regen your health because you need less damage to push you into the next chunk.
If you're solo you get one free revive with the necro trait and it fully heals you, so for solo players 3 big chunks is meta.
If you're poisoned you can't heal period. If you are on fire part of your bar will burn away. It'll looked charred. That will slowly heal itself, but you CANNOT speed up the process.
Once again, starting the banishment process will fully heal you and fully restore your bars. There's a couple more niche scenarios, but this is the basica

You can only see it in the post-match summary now, when you go to Team Details. It works the same afaik but I'm guessing with the bullet and item reworks, the 5 and 6 star ranks are gonna get re-stratified over the next few weeks as people learn it all
Any tips on getting better at aiming in Hunt? I have trouble hitting strafing or moving targets and it gets me killed a lot

@@ShrimpinkindofmanRegular uppercut is basically useless now anyways and was always hard to use on controller once they nerfed all pistol sway, but the precision and deadeye are fantastic. I definitely agree that the og should have a price drop tho because the Haymaker is miles better at this point. And don't give me the one slot two slot argument because perks are literally free now so everyone has quartermaster.
I still use it, the drop is worse than other pistols but most fights still happen close enough that it's not an issue, and the extra damage is still nice
As everyone else has said, it is too expensive, it still packs a punch and is a solid choice for a shotgun secondary. The problem is why would I choose a 414 dollar pistol that is sub par at fanning and dual wielding with an abysmal fire rate when I can easily get Quartermaster and choose the Haymaker.
Haymaker has better bullet velocity, faster fire rate, more ammo capacity, and a shotgun round at 370. It is crazy that Crytek sees this and the Haymaker is cheaper than the Uppercut.
Even if I don't, a nice cheap pistol that is phenomenal with fanning is the Scottfield or Conversion. I can get a high ammo cap pistol with a shotgun in the LeMat, like there are just too many other options that outperform the Uppercut in almost every scenario.
If it was like 200 I could see it being used more, but at its current price, not even worth looking at. Nerfing a gun through cost doesn't make sense if better guns exist at 1/4th the cost.
@@aaronstevens82 I've always felt like the Uppercut was overpriced tbh, even before the nerf. Especially before they added the precision, it had no niche and it was still a 2 shot kill on full health players, just with a slower rate of fire than the Conversion. The only time it really made practical sense to bring one was with a sniper loadout for the extra long ammo, and even then the price made it not worth it.
However, I still use the Uppercut all the time, and that's exclusively because of the cool factor. I own a Walker irl too which makes it even more fun for me

Couple things, but the basics is they made their spread tighter farther I think so shotguns, and especially hand cannons, are a lot more deadly couple meters out

Man, medium / medium loadouts were niche before but now they are straight up dead. I mean, sure, the medium GUNS are better, but now that you can respec there's really no reason to run medium / medium when you could run qaurtermaster instead.
Not that I'm complaining, I love qaurtermaster loadouts, but it used to feel cool to run the rare medium loadout that was a bit of a sleeper build.
12:32 this right here always pisses me off. they hold this angle in the wide open like its val/cs for some reason, the moment i hear the rival i need to find a completely better angle or just fall back for now. ive been farming people like this.

Buckshot specifically for literally every single shotgun got tightened. It's seriously broken, I'm not for sure why they made the change.

Its still like a early access game and it always was your standards are just not existent. Years of reloads bugs. Trap bugs. Left peekers advantage should never even be in the game and it took them YEARS to remove it ONLY because so many people complained about it. They literally ONLY do anything, like disallowing Reshade when enough people complain about it, and by enough they w8 for like 80% of the community getting annoyed with it. They dev cycle is slow AF, amatuerish, and reactionary. And instead of fixing a long list of old bugs they produce now shit with new bugs first.
But I must praise them, I get it. Because the core game they lucked themself into with experimentation is fun to play. Yeah NO!
