Watching Touhy on video for sometime and she’s like the energizer bunny, she doesn’t slow down, she doesn’t panic, and she seems to plan her race and she sticks to it.
Watching Tuohy reminds me of a smart Formula One driver who is gaining distance on his or her opponents cutting the corners as close its possible to the curbs.
This must be my tenth time watching this race since Saturday but this the best as it shows the full race unlike other videos. Congrats to KT, the rest of the team for winning repeat, and congrats to coach LH. Thanks for the video upload.

I'm from the UK and I've just discovered Katelyn Tuohy and NCState. I love her talent, her grit and determination and in the end she runs for the team. She knows it's going to hurt, but she just powers on thru. So much humility.
There it is...21:45 -- " I like the hills, I'm ready for it !" What an understatement. I bet there is going to be a lot more of these young women training on hilly terrain.

I mean… no matter how you look at it that’s just not the case. Most other sports have far more people striving to compete in them, track and field for example requires the cooperation of many more athletes to take home the title, and from a brutality perspective cross country isn’t the worst sport/event to compete in.
I find it inexplicable that the commentators cannot comprehend that if a team has all five runners past the line and they have the least number of points on the scorecard, it is mathematically impossible for another team subsequently to pass them.
~ Great download of video and efforts. Crisp and clean. I may have a good guess of who wins. Everybody enjoyed themselves. Composure and the will and ability to attack. Good healthy fun and battle. If I may jest, reminds me of the Greatest...floats like a butterfly🦋 and stings like a bee. 🐝~
Nothing better than the feeling you get when you can power up a hill passing everyone. My best marathon I passed hundreds of runners on the final climb up Diamond Head. Huge rush.
husband again, isn't it great when Miss. Tuohy was handed the trophy as the winner she immediately gave it to her team mates to hold up and she went to the end of the line.
Anybody else think the main announcer had an issue with KT? Every time someone praised Touhy or mentioned her accomplishments,, he deflected and talked about someone else.
Those wifi cameras, on the side by sides, SUCK! every time they go to them, it pixels. Big Touhy fan. Young lady is a great. Hope to see her in the Olympics.
Touhy doesn't look like her chest or head bobs/twists at all. There must be some kind of efficiency in the way her upper body moves that helps her out.

that commentator is from SEC, KT is from ACC, the second place girl is from SEC, he sounds so biased

Cross country? Where's the country(side)? Hills, rivers, woods, mud?? May as well just run on a track.
