That was a cluster-f if I ever saw one! All those wagons, animals, people... No Thanky!!! (God knows what it must of cost the movie firm to make, especially in wartime). Maybe a lot of people sponsored war/victory gardens for the actors and animals. Perhaps the actors also bought War Bonds from the movie firms? Good-Gott was John Wayne so young (good looking/hubsch also). ♡'d First time seeing this, I'd be born 25 yrs. later in 1955... maybe my great great grandparents or my parents parents could've related to this. From Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Coastal Indians, Chief Joseph Indian Reservation to Wallowa Lake to the Russky Trading Co. Gr8t Gr8t Gr8t Grandfather Indian Scouts for the Roos along the Columbian River. The Dales, Dee Flat, Mnt. Hood, Tacoma (Town of Berkley), all the way up to the North-West Passage and the Alaskan Island's. (Ketchikan and Deer Mountain would have been a part of my childhood upbringing, along with Tlinget & Haida Clan Houses, Native Fishing Preservation, Native Food, Native Dancing, and Fishing Boat Living/Cooking/Survival, Pile Driving & Floating Wilderness Camps). Thanky Gott! My blood lineage was smart enough to always go Montanian Blackfoot, British Colombia, Stewart, Fraizer, Prince Rupert, Inside Passage, Roo, Viking, Norwegian Culture & the El away from Cali-Spanish Requisition Empire's.
