i had a massive fallout with my dad never spoke for 3 yrs it was at my dads brothers funeral that we spoke for the first time
in the 3 years it brought us together as father and son but now we are all so best mates thou it was through lossing a love one i would rather me dad spoke again and his brother my uncle still be alive there is to much anger for noal and liam to be brought together i may be wrong there is to much evil in the world am sure the to brothers love eachother deep down

i persomally dont thing they should reform i have seen them live twice on two different tours 1st holland be here now tour they was brillent the 2nd tour standing on the shoulders of giants tour one they was awful there was fans going to to see the happy mondays as there were the warm up who was on longer then oasis were never stayed to watch oasis
it was at the reebok stadium which was less then full they did a they did about a hour i thought then they was finished then
when i seen them do there gig at the old wembley again it was live on the telly i think the sound was awful not a full stadium
i know they did a few more albums they did split they shouild have split after the be here now tour as i said above the 2 tour gig was awful fans going to see the mondays and getting off

I saw Oasis live twice back in the day. Two wonderful concerts. Now, at age 70(!), I would love for there to be a third time.
They are exceptional live I’ve seen a lot of good bands but Oasis were probably the only ones who sound better live than on their records.

They knocked my fucking 16 year old head off on their first tour of the states in Chapel Hill, NC. I had heard live forever on the radio but live it was a totally different animal. The two thuds right before the glorious “You gotta make it happen!” chorus of Cigarettes and Alcohol that night cemented this band as my all time favorite. Tony McCarrol hit HARD and LOUD and was their best drummer, he brought the initial toughness they had. Christ, what a band!
This is how I imagine I’ll be commenting in 40 years after seeing them whenever they reform 🤣 already saw them once in ‘08

I have a narcissist cousin who has refused to talk to one of his brothers (a genuinely lovely man) for nearly 20yrs.
He grew so angry and rude to his lovely sister for refusing to ostracise his brother that her husband and 2 adults son now despise him.
At their father's funeral last year the narcissist buggered off after the ceremony. He refused to attend the wake, despite all his remaining elderly aunts and uncles holding out hope he would finally stop bring a prick for his dad's funeral.

I saw him in Liverpool and thought he was totally lightweight to be honest, Tom Meghan who was the support blew him off stage rock and roll wise. On a side issue I see you are an admirer of Aurora's music. Followed her from the early days and thinks she's really original and innovative, saw her in Leeds and she was excellent live.
Ren is another young independent artist whose different musical styles are worth checking out.
Some great young acts out there at the moment. Great to see.

I also have two (older) brothers. Can't stand either of them, but the eldest in particular is a narcisisstic bully. I stood up to him 8 years ago when our father died and he couldn't handle it. It's just better to keep toxic relationships in the past. Just because someone is your brother doesn't mean you have to like them or get on.
I feel that. I'm the oldest brother with one younger full brother + two younger half-brothers and none of them are interested in keeping in touch with me. I would love to have better relationship with them but if they don't want it then I'm not going to force the issue with them. Better to be happier apart than fighting together.

Me and my best mate went to watch em in cardiff in 2009 , he was my best mate and house mate he tragically died 31st of january this year , while sorting out his stuff i found his ticket , obviously meant a lot to him. Il frame the ticket with his photo and hang it proud on my wall ❤

Talking as someone who has not spoken to his only brother for over 15 years, with a brief moment of coming together and actually being in the same room as each other, per my mums dying wish, and once she died we went back to not speaking again, and sadly I'm pretty sure that the brothers will not agree to be in the same room as each other until their poor old mum is on death's door or literally at the last moment at her funeral. And to be honest I'm so glad that me and my brother finally came back together to fulfill my mums wish, so speaking from experience I know that if they don't come together before she's gone they probably never will. Hope I'm wrong though

The issue is Noel can’t get of his own way. He’s already said he won’t forgive Liam. He quoted that he holds grudges. Fact is they don’t need each other. Noel is the better Song Writer and Liam is the better Front Man. Liam has been killing it for a couple Years and has one of the best comebacks in rock history. It’s not going to happen.

Sibling relationships can be strange things. At most I could them doing a one off reunion show some day, but not a long stint of a tour/album as he says there. The tension would get too much and it'd all blow up again.

I may be in the minority but I hope they don’t reform. It was mostly great while it lasted but the last few years seeing them live you could tell they weren’t getting on and the passion had gone. To see them just go through the motions for a monster pay off would tarnish it for me. Even if they did reconcile they’d probably annoy the hell out of each by the second gig of the tour. We went to knebworth house a few months back and the people that showed us around said that they were gonna announce that they were going to be doing a reunion gig there in 2025 I don’t know how true that was but having looked at this video I doubt it but then I don’t know why he would have come out with that.

Never been to an Oasis rock concert.I only still see the rock gods from London that i`ve seen like The Who and The Rolling Stones.Oasis as great as they were still seem to me as a small local rock band.I missed out on Seeing The Stone Roses at Etihad for the same reason.I really do wish i saw The Stone Roses though.
