  • “Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord GOD,
“That I will send a famine on the land,
    Not a famine of bread,
    Nor a thirst for water,
But of hearing the words of the LORD.
    Amos 8:11

Why would Panl become a Nazerite to reach out to the Jews? To become a Nazerite he could not drink wine. He would not be able to drink of the wine representing the lords blood at the Lords supper .As in the bread and wine.I do not believe Paul would give the Nazerite vow the greater over The Lords supper. Convince me otherwise. Does not make sense .If I did this Nazerite vow and refused the Lords supper because i vowed to not drink wine Then I would fear the wrath of God. I also understand there is scripture he had a vow and cut off his hair. But there were many vows taken by Jews and reasons for shaving the head.

      Why did God convert Abraham?
people have a common courtesy to conjure up in their heads - logical- carnal reasoning
Only Holy Spirit brings Unity of the Faith
Exactly the reason why man WILL struggle coming into salvation - it is required to put that all aside- God needs to give a measure of faith for that - the starting point for we are of this world- unlike Him as He said to state He is not and wouldn’t be setting up His Kingdom here which is Satan’s earthly ground to roam - perverted from mans rebellion - naturally- it’s where we were formed from
Only Holy Spirit can give understanding of spiritual matters the why we must stand under His authority and to do - ALL to stand
A spiritual war for the souls of men
Mind- will and emotion which Holy Spirit comes in between the body of the man to bring it under subjection instead of making it - his object of affection- lust which is not not necessarily sex- u- al but definitely is part of it- it’s simply anything out before God- which makes it a god- idolatry/ spiritual adultery

@@mandycote5662 God converted Abraham because He chose to..! Just like as with us me and you. His calling and his choosing. Gods will. Although we and Abraham have to accept Gods will.
My comment was looking for a reason a Godly one on the conflictt between the Nazerite vow and not being able to take the Lords supper because of grapes. The Nazerite cannot eat grapes or drink juice .Looking for a Godly reason not a carnal one. Thank you for the comment .I would agree with what you said..!
