  • The Madhya Pradesh Police have arrested an auto-rickshaw driver, Bharat Soni, for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl in Ujjain. Speaking to India Today TV, Raju Soni, the father of the accused, called for severe punishment for those found guilty of such heinous acts.
Raju Soni stated, "If my child had been in the victim's place, I would have said the same thing. Those who commit such crimes do not deserve to live. Whether it's my child or anyone else's, anyone who commits such a crime should be hanged or shot."

This man is the symbol of Truth. Rich people , learn from him. When protecting your son see the difference between Right and Wrong. My son stole once from a shop when he was 12 years old. Me and my wife went running to the shop with him to give him back the stuff he took and asked our son to get on the knees and appologise to the owner. The owner did not even know that stuff was stolen from this shop. From that day onwards, I hold my head high and walk without guilt. I hope my son has learnt from that experience.

That's why the law of God is very important. Law made by humans won't work.
Islamic Sharia results in crime rates 100x lower than the Secular West. There is no underreporting of any crimes in Islamic Sharia.
Around 338 thousand cases of crime reported against women in India, over 33 thousand were for rape in 2018. That year, more than 93 percent of rapes were committed by someone known to the victim. Even though many rapes are not reported in the country, it is an issue that continuously makes news headlines, some leading to public protests. Although reports of rape have increased in recent years, it was still associated with shame for the victim, rather than the perpetrator.

Not only are women counted as half a witness due to the “deficiency of their minds,” but they also only get half of their inheritance:
“Allah instructs you concerning your children [i.e., their portions of inheritance]: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females.” Quran 4:11
      “Also ˹forbidden are˺ married women-except ˹female˺ captives in your possession.” Quran 4:24
“Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them.
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death).
