To make a Blazing Saddles, you'll need:
* fresh lime juice
* simple syrup
* chartreuse
* st-germain
* espolòn
* habanero tincture
* a match and some cherries
* a chilled coupe glass
Step-by-step instructions:
* add ½ ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice -- 15 mL
* add ¼ ounce or barspoon of simple syrup -- 7 mL
* add ¼ ounce of chartreuse (Dolin Genepy des Alpes can serve as a rough cost-effective approximation) -- 7 mL
* add ½ ounce of st-germain -- 15 mL
* add 1 ½ ounce of espolòn -- 44 mL
* add 2 dashes of habanero tincture
* add ice to your tin, shake well
* remove ice chips by double-straining into a chilled coupe
* garnish with 2 cherries skewered by a match
* light the match and serve

Interestingly enough I googled "Undisclosed Location in Austin Texas" and it took me to an article on Thrillist.com with the top speakeasys in Austin, and I totally found the bar! It's called "Red Headed Stepchild". If you look at the picture they have for the bar it's totally the one lol

I dont know what I love more about this channel:
1. The professional idiots sense (like mythbusters)
2. The variety of interesting things (You never know what you're gonna get)
3. How I can validate everything on here as being useful to a rogue
4. Y'all are doing something you enjoy and it shows
I'm not one to get too deep into fan-hood (idk if thats a term, made it up) but this show is so awesome. Almost sometimes I want to do the whole MODERN ROGUEEEEE thing. Keep up the awesomeness (even though I'm saying this on an older video so you're probably not gonna see it. But if you do, keep it up)

We've been doing the "Chartreuse face challenge" for a while now here in the Netherlands. The unofficial record is held by The Stockroom in Groningen with 25min. and 15 seconds. Those bartenders had blisters in their mouth for at least 4 days. 😂
