I was looking at using Jot Form for this exact thing, but as I am building a test form I do not have the purchase order option available in the payments area. I have not registered with Jot Form yet, but all other features seem to be available as I am testing. Am I missing something?

We checked the Purchase Order payment tool and it is still available in Form Builder under the Payments tab. Can you please check again? Alternatively, there's another tool called Product List in the Basic elements section that works similarly to Purchase Order when you don't integrate it with a payment gateway.

@@Jotform thank you for the reply. I am utilizing the product list with no payment integration. Works the same, just not as clean atlas the po you showed in the video.
Hey I have lots of product in my field how could I make it and I don’t want to put price option in it is it possible

The product can only be added in the payment settings individually as seen in this video. If you want to hide the product price in the form, it's possible by injecting CSS codes into your form. I'm using Product List since Purchase Order doesn't seem to be available to me. I have not integrated a payment method and that's working fine, 'cause i want cash on delivery, but my problem is: i can't get the order shipping address, even if i check it on the Store Properties tab of Product List. Well to be clear, it just ask for name and email and nothing else, even if everything else is checked on on the contact details!
Can someone help me?

The current settings of the Product List and Purchase Order tools do not provide the ability to include a Shipping Address field within the form. However, if you want to collect basic information such as a Shipping Address, we recommend adding these fields separately using Form Elements. For example, you can the Address field in your form and change its label to Shipping Address.

That is not a purchase order, that is an order form.
That doesn't collect and verify payment by wire

Since the Purchase Order payment element does not integrate with any payment gateways, it allows users to submit the form directly. This payment tool is designed for offline payments. For instance, you may charge your users outside Jotform either through check or wire transfer based on the total amount they submitted through your form. This payment tool does not verify actual payments, hence the lack of payment integration. If you're looking to accept online payments through bank, we suggest using eCheck.net. Here's a guide: www.jotform.com/help/471-how-to-integrate-echecknet-with-your-form/. This enables you to accept and process payments from bank accounts directly.

That's possible with Jotform. You can integrate your form with any of the payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, Square, Authorize.net and etc. In the payment settings, you can sell your services by creating products and then configure their prices and options. The Indian Rupee can be selected from the Currency dropdown in the Purchase Order settings, as demonstrated at the 0:37 mark of the video.
