Is there a way to insert a form into the purchase process? Example, registering for a week of summer camp.
Hello Brent,
It is not possible to insert a form into the purchase process in Store Builder, but you can add it as a separate form in your app in App Builder using the Form element. Here's an example screencast on how to do that: link.jotform.com/KU49Yprhua. Alternatively, you can create a summer camp registration form in Form Builder and then add a payment integration so your users will have to fill out the form and then make a payment at the same time. Is there anyway i can i can creat a text field in the product element where customers can type in a sggestion or othe preferences before they make Payments?

While there's no built-in feature in the payment tool that supports that, as a workaround, you can add a separate Long Text or Short Text field for each of the products then only show them based on the selected product by adding Show/Hide conditional logic in your form. For orders with different variants, we recommend creating a form in Form Builder and use the same Product List tool. The Product List tool in Form Builder has Sub Product option that allows your customer to order the same product in different variants. For example, your customers can order different colors like Pink and Blue in the same product at the same time. Is it possible to have a function where they can redeem points and use it to purchase the products?
You can accomplish this by setting up coupon codes in your payment field and providing these codes to your customers for redemption when making purchases through your form. Do the customers need to login in jotform to order in this form ?

By default, your customers will be able to access your store directly using the app link you shared to them. However, if you set your app link to "Private Access" or "Company Access", they will be required to log in to view your store.

Hi Jotform, Your flatform is really good. There's only something I want to point out. If you could change the setting in Contact details from Check out that we or us form or app builder can change it to not a "required" details because I do serve only here in my areas and there's someone don't want to give emails, so please change it and I'll just gonna do something about the details that I want for my costumer, Thank you.

How would I link to specific products from other pages or websites?

It is not currently possible to hyperlink or add HTML codes in the product title or description but it is possible to place links in the product description as seen in this screenshot: link.jotform.com/OHyP8R8uNi. It is also possible to add hyperlinks using the Paragraph tool, example: link.jotform.com/VpaIjTnmmz.

how do I limit the amount of product I have? i.e if I only have 5 tickets and do not want to sell more?

We recommend creating products using the Product List in Form Builder and then adjust the stock for each item. Once a product runs out of stock, it will display a "Sold Out" message and the product can't be selected again. is there a way to add more than one price on the same product?

Unfortunately, the Jotform Store Builder does not currently support the feature you mentioned. However, you can achieve this when you create a form in Form Builder. Then, add a payment tool like Stripe into your form. Within the Payment Settings, you'll be able to create products, add different options for each product, and set individual prices for each option by enabling the Special Pricing option. Unfortunately, we do not have integration with Sparcopay at this time. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. You can check the feature request ticket here www.jotform.com/answers/5056854-payment-integration-request-for-sparcopay. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to you here. In the meantime, you may consider using PayPal, Stripe, 2Checout, etc. These are some of the payment gateways available in your country.

To answer your question, Jotform does not support multiple payment integrations at the same time e.g. Stripe and PayPal, the reason why you can only add one Product List in a form.

This is all worthless when you cannot add the shipping or tax for the customer. This makes it a pain for the seller.

Does this mean the seller has to pay the taxes and shipping for the orders? You're right.... that would be a pain.
Can you sell digital products?

We would recommend using the Form Builder when selling digital products. In the Form Builder, you can customize the autoresponder email of your form like adding download links to your digital products so when your customer submits the form and completes the payment, they will receive the autoresponder email containing the download links.

The Facebook Pixel widget is not included in the App builder because most of its features aren't currently supported by the app like submission tracking. However, it is still possible to add Facebook Pixel to your app using the FB Pixel IMG code as seen here developers.facebook.com/docs/meta-pixel/advanced/. After that, embed the IMG code in your app using the Paragraph element like as shown in this image: link.jotform.com/CSCVKabmye.
