Eduard! Thanks you! have a question bro. Is it dangerous to put the backlink in the first paragraph of the guest post content? I supposed that on top content is better for getting best link juice but some people say google will detect easily this practice. Another question: do you put 2 or 3 backlinks in the same guest post? Last: is it better to link to an internal page or to the homepage?
Great questions, I try to provide great answers: 1) It can be more dangerous, but if you don't do it all the time and if it has a "great reason" to do so, then it's fine. For example, when I do branded guest posting and talk about certain processes the brand/software/service/product helps then including the backlink at the beginning has never done any harm so far. For example, if I did a guest post on "How to Do Backlink Audit with SE Ranking", then backlink with anchor text with "SE Ranking" will never be a problem at the beginning. With anchor text "backlink audit" that's more dangerous. But can be fine if it's done very little. 2) Usually just 1-2 maximum. The more backlinks coming to the web page, the more likely it can get devalued. Also, it should never be more than just 1 rich keyword anchor text. The better websites will never allow more than 1 backlink and sometimes I can push it with one extra as a branded backlink. But then you can do link exchange within your guest post. Add one more backlink to the guest post to another website and ask them to link to you from their website or guest post. Through this, you diversify and maximize your opportunities. 3) Both. For keyword ranking is internal. For branding and improving your E-E-A-T homepage, branded backlinks. Do a mix of both to get the best results.
Hi Marko great question! Short answer: Around 30 articles or 6 months after publication. Long answer: The problem with link building is that it is expensive and/or takes a lot of time. Thus, you want to focus only on those keywords and pages that have the potential to drive results pretty quickly (website traffic, conversion, etc.) after you do some link building. This means building links for web pages that rank in positions 1-20. As like this you can pretty soon start seeing results and get your money back whether in form of ads on a website if you are a blogger, website traffic, or if a business generating leads and brand awareness. So if you are going to pay for link building, I first recommend you use that budget and pay for articles to target your niche relevant keywords. in this case, I would recommend you have at least 100 articles. After a year you should start seeing a pattern in your GSC of what kind of topic Google associates your website with. Also what keywords and pages rank well. Based on this you will start doing link building to improve those keywords and further establish yourself for that related topic/niche. This should give you the best and fastest results. If you are going to do link building yourself, then I recommend you to first fully focus on creating articles to target your niche-relevant keywords. Again I would do that for a year until I would see the pattern of what topic does well in the SERP and focus on that. Based on this you will then build backlinks for pages that rank in positions 5-20 in order to get the most out of your budget. Also, this works like a snowball effect as once you start improving your ranking for those pages, others will rise as well and pages that were ranking in 30-40 position might drop to 20 ranking position, so then you would focus on these keywords as well. Quick note: It's important to not focus on competitive keywords first. If you are a new website, start with keywords with low keyword difficulty of 0-20. Otherwise, you might never rank in a ranking position between 5-20. I hope this makes sense, good luck with your marketing!
@@EduardDziak Thank u for the explaination. That 2nd part is too much for me to be able to absord because im a newbie lol. Now im trying to create many contents on low difficulty keywords. I will have to focus on that area first and then i will see how to move on from there. Anyway thanks once again, appreciate it.
@@EduardDziak but how can you even rank if you're new and have nothing but well-written articles on your own blog? And do you really have to PAY to give someone an article? I get it, they worked hard to rank but still. I worked hard to write my article and I have to pay THEM?? Can you get backlinks and do guest posts for free?
Hey Eduard, thanks for this unique video. Please I'd like to ask how can I know that a website actually accepts guest posts? When browsing a site's articles, is there anything that shows that this is a guest post? Cause sites can link to some other sites in a post that's NOT a guest post. It's confusing!
Great question! Honestly the least the website shows it accept guest post the better. Otherwise it makes it easy for google to identify it and devalue the links. Best way is to ask. Just be personalised.
Generally, you want to avoid any website that has "write for us" or anything similar to this. This is because the chance of the backlink being devalued is so high. Unless it's very authoratitive website (DR 80+), then you might want to consider it. You definitely want to avoid websites that gives nofollow backlink, as those (even when considered as hint by Google) has no value and you would waste your time.
There are a few scenarios: 1) You end up in the spam folder - Using free email providers with 0 trusts usually doesn't work for sending emails. For mass emailing you need solutions such as Pitchbox, BuzzStream, MailShake, etc. 2) You Small Fish - Generally, if you have a small website, your conversions will be bad. 3) Only a few emails - If you want to do well, it is number games, you need to send at least 200-300 emails to get a few responses. 4) Not personalized - You should always be personalized even when sending mass outreach. 5) Aiming too high - Asking for websites with high website authority is always difficult if you are not established a website yourself. Start low and as you become more prominent, you can raise the bar as you have something to offer back. Hope this helps!
