    My new scania has a water leak from the finding of a head gasket after only two months on the road very poor one thinks

    Why do none of your people talk about the torque of the new engine.
    Fuel is good but we need horse power and torque

    I know nothing of the particular quality of this engine, but Scania & Volvo together lifted the performance & comfort to an altogether higher level never seen before in the late sixties & up to the eighties when others finally caught-up. With their powerful, efficient, & reliable engines coupled to car quality syncromesh gearbox`s these two Swedes were great for the drivers & owners alike. With the ridiculous EU regs on speed-limiters & restrictive hours, truck driving was ruined forever, so IMHO all this super cool tech to get extra fuel economy & lower emissions is just a waste of time, certainly from a drivers standpoint. They would like to return to the days when you could actually overtake others & complete a full days work in a timely manner. Truck driving is for the birds.....doesn`t matter how efficient the truck is, but our politicians know best!

      Where are you from? I'm from Russia and here we still are capable of overtaking and working whenever we want to. So all those speed limiters and AdBlue and tacho...I consider them as not necessary. Here we could easily do 1.2k km each day and that's what I love most.
      And those Scania engineers forgot about reliability as well. The more parts the engine have the worse it gets over time. I'd prefer a more reliable engine over a more fuel efficient one.
      But those guys are smarter of course...There is also the market needs that are more important than someone's abstract opinion.

      For the most part, these are the needs of politicians. Dieselgate has already shown that if it were not for Euro standards, manufacturers themselves would be glad not to hang up the USR and AdBlue.

    Tamam güzel iyide teknoloji geliştiriyorsunuz ama neden yeterince sağlam güçlü ve verimli değil bikaç yılda bütün araçlar servis bağımlısı hasta araçlara dönüyor lütfen üreticiler çok para isteyip zayıf eksik ürünler sunuyorsunuz siz daha kaliteli sağlam kamyon otomobil vs üretebilirsiniz birkaç yıl içinde sağından solundan yağ atan dişli parça kıran zayın kupa şasiye sahip araçlar üretmeyin isterseniz daha faydalı sağlıklı güvenilir araçlar üretirsiniz iyi yayınlar

    A serie 124 com cabecotes independentes e camisas sem aba colarinho prejudicou muito a Renomada empresa SCANIA.
    Torcao e deformacoes plasticas no motor diminui a vida util da maquina.
